Chapter 1 The King of Tragedy
"I want to go to the king...I want to go to the king..." Late at night, in the dark dark Internet cafe, the sloppy young man sitting on a broken chair staring at the computer, murmured in his mouth.
"He's going to lose, he always meets a group of cheating people. Can you tell me why?" The sloppy young man roared.
"Why—! Why—!" The low roars made several bad boys in the black Internet cafe feel impatient.
"Shut up, mom!"
"Little pussy, shut your stinky mouth!" The bad boys were reluctant to put down the mouse in their hands, and just scolded them.
"You stupid guys, are you looking for death?" The sloppy young man stood up and cursed at the group of bad boys. "Didn't you see the great master failing to fight against the king!"
This annoyed the bad boys. They put down their mouse and rushed up and fisted at the sloppy young man - hitting - kicking - and swearing, constantly cursing.
"He's mom, I'm useless to you!"
"I really don't want to live anymore, I dare to scold my brother!"
The sloppy young man had been fighting for three days and three nights in a row, and had no strength left. He could only passively be fist-hit-foot-kicked by these bad boys, and he was still murmured: "I want to be the king, and it will be settled tomorrow. I want to be the king! I am the mom-will be the king!"
The whispers gradually became smaller, and a sudden scream came from beside him: "Stop hitting! A life is happening!"
There were screams of exclamations in the darkness, and the light in front of me became darker and darker, and then the whole world was suddenly surrounded by darkness.
———————————————————————————————
In a dilapidated apartment in the small town of Lockwood, North West, USA.
"I want to be the king!" An Asian boy woke up and suddenly sat up from the bed, and the dazzling sunlight came from the window.
The Asian boy was confused and kept muttering: "I want to be the king, I want to be the king..."
Rubbing his eyes, he swept around. In the dilapidated apartment room, there was an old large wardrobe on one side, and a basket hung on the gray lime wall in front of him. The nets were broken and out of shape.
The Asian boy complained: "Where is this? This wardrobe is from the last century! And this bed is actually a hard bed..." He looked down at the bed again, and couldn't help but roll his eyes.
Then he suddenly woke up: "No! Am I going to the king? Then the group of second-rate men beat me. Is this a hospital?" He frowned again: "This is not like it? That black Internet cafe doesn't seem to have such a place."
"Dingdong Dingdong..." Suddenly, a burst of music came from the room. The Asian boy was shocked and then looked at the source of the sound.
He saw a mobile phone.
"Flip phone..." The Asian boy curled his lips, but he was stunned very quickly. He even forgot to answer the phone call, muttering: "May2nd, 1996 (May 2, 1996)......"
"I'm traversing through time!" He showed a shocked expression, and a memory appeared in his mind. "Give him back to him, it was 1996! There should be no lol in this era!"
"My dream of a king!" The Asian boy couldn't help but burst into tears. "Can I, Yingxiong, not be able to become a king?"
But he quickly reacted.
"Jimmy-Adams..." A trace of memory flashed through his mind, and he remembered that this guy was his gay friend, um, in 2014's words.
So he rushed to answer the phone.
"Jonny! What are you doing? You're just answering the phone now!" He just pressed the answer button, and a roar came from the other end of the phone, which shocked him to almost throw away his phone, but through this roar, he remembered his current name, Jonny Lee, a Chinese.
"What are you shouting! Didn't I answer?"
"You - Mom still wants to play basketball, tell me, where are you now?" Jimmy Adams's voice lowered.
"Basketball?" Joni Lee was stunned.
"Aren't you stupid when you hit the plane?"
Joni suddenly remembered, and he remembered his current identity. He was the captain of the basketball team of Indiana North Lawrence High School. In his senior year, he led North Lawrence High School to the crazy Indiana semi-finals, establishing his name as a talented high school student in Indiana, but ranked sixth in the same high school student in Indiana.
Jimmy Adams is his high school teammate, but Jimmy Adams's level is much worse. He knows that he doesn't want him in college, let alone NBA. Jimmy Adams is now Jonny's agent, and he has a strong relationship with Jonny, so Jonny believes in him very much.
"I'm in my hometown, what's wrong?"
"You go buy a ticket and go to Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Coach Dave of Wake Forest is going to see you." Jimmy Adams seemed very anxious.
"What did he do when he sees me?"
"What can he do? He is looking for a new defender and he has a crush on you."
"Okay, I'll buy a ticket now."
Joni curled his lips, and he put on his clothes, but he was thinking about the body-like matter in his mind.
Well, it seems that playing basketball is good, Wake Forest? NCAA, right? Then go and try it.
He put on his clothes and was about to go out. Suddenly he saw the basketball under his feet. He thought about it, then picked up the basketball, then opened the door and rushed downstairs.
"Brother Joni!" A crisp shout suddenly came from behind.
Joni turned around and looked at him. A pretty little girl stood at the door upstairs. She was about 10 years old, with long brown hair softly draped over her shoulders, leaning against the shabby wooden door, smiling sweetly, looking at Joni.
"Are you going to play basketball again? Brother Joni."
"Yes." Joni thought the little girl was very cute and couldn't help but reach out and pinch her face.
The little girl didn't hide, and blushed and endured Joni's "flirting": "Can you take me there?"
"Okay." Joni agreed happily.
"Megan! Change your clothes, wait until we go out for dinner!" A scream came from the room. The cute girl named Megan responded, and then stuck out her tongue at Joni's cuteness. She said: "I'm sorry, Brother Joni, I can't go."
"It doesn't matter."
Joni walked slowly downstairs, thinking about the cute little girl. From the memories in his mind, he learned that this little girl always lives here. Joni didn't know her real name, but only knew that her mother often called her Megan. Joni attended high school in Indiana all year round and could only return to her hometown during holidays, so in fact he was not familiar with this little girl named Megan.
However, this little girl seemed to call Joni who wanted to go downstairs to play basketball every time, but the Joni in the past was not willing to pay attention to this little girl, and she always went downstairs perfunctorily.
Joni wanted to go all the way, and he was going to go to the basketball court to see how strong the basketball ability of this body was.
Joni's hometown is a small town in Tianna West State called Rockwood. This town has the style of most American towns, low houses, many trees, and there is never a shortage of idle black people on the streets. Country music keeps ringing from both sides of the streets.
As Joni walked along, he soon saw the street court closest to home he knew. In Joni's memory, he would never come to this street court. He would rather run 10 kilometers than play with a group of crazy blacks.
