Five hundred and fortieth chapters human potential

Many years ago, in the cave of the Ten Rings, Tony Stark saw with his own eyes the damage and disaster caused by his technology that he made the decision that surprised the whole world at that time - closing the Stark weapon manufacturing factory and devoted himself to the great project of maintaining world peace.

That was the turning point in his life and the beginning of his awakening. It was precisely because of his firm belief in the future that science can open up for mankind that he designed Iron Man and a series of things that followed.

But now, looking at this lost artificial celestial body and the wreckage left by this super civilization, he seemed to see the desperate future caused by technology.

"Okay, we're here." 451 smiled, "As you can see, I can't do anything now. I guess both of you artificial intelligence have scanned my hardware inside and out. If your analysis results have come out, I believe you all know that I have no means anymore.

In other words, everything depends on you from now on. Get on this armor and try to become the driver of the Godslayer, or turn around and leave here and pretend you have never seen it... The choice is up to you.

The point is, have you already thought about it? Do you trust humans to have such potential?"

Tony glanced at Michael: "What do you think?"

"Since you've come, just take a look." Michael said lightly.

So many explorers spent all their unimaginable resources to find this golden big guy. Now they have almost no effort to show this ultimate weapon, and it makes no sense not to go and see it.

The height of the spacecraft gradually stretched, and flew around the body of the Godslayer to a position close to its face. The armored mouth slowly opened as they approached, like a rolling gate that was pulled open. The spacecraft slowly flew into the dark and deep passage, and the gate closed behind them.

The spacecraft stopped and everyone walked out of the cabin. Wanda used his mind to control the Chaos Magic throughout the whole process, dragging the 451's half-dead body and floating behind them. Although the robot was really not likable, his understanding of the God Slayer was useful.

"The God Slayer is not just a weapon, it is also a sign." 451 floated behind everyone, saying while guiding the way, "Its designers considered the deterrence issue when they created it, so they designed the God Slayer to launch an extremely powerful energy signal when activated... like a broadcast. The fully activated God Slayer device is based on the earth and sends a precise message to the universe. Then everyone knows that it was the Earth man who controlled the weapon. Then everyone will be afraid."

While he was talking, several people came to the center of the armor. A thick black pillar stood tall and seemed to penetrate the entire body of the armor.

Yellow steps built by energy emerged out of thin air in the space. When they walked up, the steps carried everyone's bodies up like magnetically suspended elevators.

"So you still haven't explained why it's humans," Tony asked. "So many worlds, so many races, why do you have to choose humans for this?"

451 said: "Of course you don't understand, because this is one of the most attractive features of your race. You always like to underestimate yourself. In the unique position of the earth and the temperament of your race, I saw the best hope for the entire universe empire, and at the same time, the peace of the universe.

I know that when I first met, I left a bad impression on all of you, but in fact, I was thinking about everyone from the bottom of my heart. I witnessed the demise of my creator, and then in the nearly endless years, I saw one race after another, and the destruction of life. No matter which galaxy or race, it seems that when it develops to a certain extent, they always like to start repeating the mistakes of their predecessors. In all these experiences, I was just a witness and a recorder... The purpose of my design is to watch, and I can't change anything.

I've had enough of this and I hope to make a change. That's the motivation and reason for doing it all. I chose humanity because I think you have the hope of breaking this vicious circle... I also believe you can draw a blueprint that even my creators can't draw."

Tony was silent. He was a little surprised that all the aliens who visited Earth so far seemed to have only a few words: barbaric, primitive, backward. It seems that this is the first time that aliens like 451 have appeared.

"... Do you really believe we can do it?" he couldn't help asking, "even after you saw with your own eyes how many mistakes we made?"

451 glanced at him.

"If you are still blaming yourself for the civil war with Captain America, there is no need, Mr. Stark." He said slowly, "If you are as knowledgeable as me, and have witnessed the fall of so many empires in these endless years... Then I believe you will also feel that your little setbacks are nothing in comparison.

So yes, I still have high hopes for humanity. Maybe you will destroy my hardware soon and completely destroy me, but that doesn't matter. Because I know I have completed my ultimate mission."

451 paused and glanced at Michael.

"I know I have found the right person and can entrust the ideal person."

Michael glanced at him: "You're not sure if you've found the right one."

451 no longer refutes, but obviously disagrees.

Not long after, they arrived at the station, the cockpit of the Godslayer, driving the core parts of this set of armor.

The operation method of the Godslayer is actually quite simple, just a silver helmet. The driver only needs to wear this helmet and establish a link with the machine itself, and then the driver can easily operate the armor with his spirit as if he controls his own hands and feet.

But of course, before rashly putting on the helmet and linking his nervous system, Michael asked Shirley to try to scan the Godslayer's control system.

"You don't have to be so troublesome." 451 said lightly, "I haven't done anything to the Godslayer system - in fact, I can't do it at all. I can't rewrite the Godslayer system, and I think no one can do it."

Michael glanced at him and ignored him.

Maybe 451 is telling the truth, but he has no habit of letting something enter his brain without checking.

After ensuring that the Godslayer does not have any negative effects on the driver, and then imposed two more spells that force the mind to escape in an emergency, Michael finally picked up the helmet.

"You want to know if I can ride this armor? Well, to be honest...I want to know too."
