Chapter 47 Technical Problems
CIA agents arrived at the scene within a minute of the battle. A female agent with red hair and sunglasses walked in in a tan leather jacket, and the agents wrapped in black uniforms followed closely with guns.
"CIA!" The woman held her ID high, and the badge reflected a dim white light, "No one is allowed to move!"
Peter ignored the room full of guns and walked to the red-haired agent with great strides.
"It's you?" he asked, "You hired that lunatic and allowed him to clone so many of them out?"
"Highly confidential, you have no right to know, Mr. Parker." The red-haired agent said in a ruthless voice. "Now, raise his hands and lay on the ground. We want to ask you a few... questions?"
She seemed to have seen Otto's body whose heart was burned through from the corner of her eyes, and she couldn't help but pull down her sunglasses and frowned slightly.
"Did you kill him?" she said in a deep voice. "Dr. Otto Octavius is now a government employee, so you are still suspected of murder. Don't make the problem more complicated. Now you should follow us honestly..."
The black armor slowly walked out of the inconspicuous shadow of the room, blocking the agent. She subconsciously took a step back, pointing all the muzzles at the armor.
Perhaps because its shell was painted black, and the room was dimly lit, the agent did not notice the existence of this guy at the first time. She looked up and down at the person in front of her, and her heart sank.
Black armor, white stripes, and V-shaped eyepieces on the helmet... The red-haired agent has a good authority in the CIA and can access many confidentiality. After S.H.E.D. was disbanded, the CIA took over a large number of confidential files it sealed. She clearly remembered that there was a guy listed as a "super-risk" character by Nick Fury.
Black Knight.
But what happened to such a dangerous person come here to get involved?
It is one thing to arrest a super teenager from a middle school and several of his clones, but it is another thing to face a super dangerous person who was judged by ASCHD as "highly dangerous". This is completely different from the previous plan.
"It's the thing now," Michael said in a gentle tone. "Otto wasn't they killed, I killed it - you can go to the autopsy and check the wounds. In addition, I also erased all the data Otto had done for you about the "Spider Warrior" project, and there was no drop left."
The red-haired agent frowned: "Do you know what you did?"
"Clearly." Michael turned his body and pointed to the four Spider-Man behind him. "Not only that, I plan to take these children out from here now. You can try to stop them, but I don't think you just have these guns that will hurt anyone."
"You dare to do this..."
"What are you going to do? Are you wanting to me?" Michael said calmly, "Then you are too late, I'm on the list long ago. So now you either get out of the way and take your people back and tell your boss that you can't do anything...or you can also let your body convey the same meaning to your boss. What do you think?"
The red-haired agent glared at him for a while, without any concealing his desire to pry his helmet off and shoot his head. But she also knew very well in her heart that she could do nothing.
She closed her eyes gently and waved. The agents put down the guns in their hands and consciously made way out.

The cloning incident that caused a small storm ended, but fortunately Michael intervened in the incident before the supergene was further leaked and controlled the situation.
Michael never trusts the government and does not think that the technology of mass-producing Spider-Man falls into the hands of the US government—or any government in the world today. Human beings are not ready to accept this form of change, and neither party should gain this power. It will only guide decision makers to make wrong decisions and thus lead to perhaps unimaginable consequences.
The incident was resolved and did not cause any serious consequences in the end. But if we want to say who it has the greatest impact on, then it is the parties involved themselves.
It is not easy for any sixteen-year-old high school student to accept this, even if he is a sixteen-year-old high school student who can block the bus with his bare hands. But Peter is a strong child, he will recover and will eventually return to the streets of New York as Spider-Man.
Ben Riley and Kane both clearly stated that they had no interest in this messy life. They unanimously expressed that they just wanted to find a place far away from their own body, leave everything related to Spider-Man, and find their own peaceful life. Perhaps this is also the best choice for them.
Finally, it was Gwen. She decided not to surprise her invitation, and she was assigned a new identity and a new residence. Her new name was Gwen Grophne, sixteen years old, a high school student at 163 Middle School. However, while maintaining her daily life, she also had to spare time to receive systematic training in Tianjian until she met the corresponding requirements before she could officially join the field team.
"I thought you would want to recruit the cloned Spider Lady into the team right away," Shirley said as Michael built Gwen's personal information profile. "What made you change your mind?"
"In theory, she was only six months old, Shirley. Her thinking was only equivalent to a sixteen-year-old child." Michael filed her personal profile on the list of candidates for the Super Team and added a complex encryption program. "She is different from everyone else. The Winter Warrior is the top killer. Scarlet Witch and Quick Silver both received rigorous training under Strack, but she did not."
"You mean she's immature."
"Yes, so she needs training and experience life," Michael said. "I will recruit her to join the team when she is ready."
"So what about Dr. Octavius' cloning plan?" Shirley said, "All relevant data in the CIA database has been erased, and the last backup related to this plan is in our hands. Do you want to continue this plan?"
Michael shook his head: "Otto has made considerable progress, but this plan is still far from being truly mature. He invested a lot of money and conducted countless experiments to only make these three clones. If he really wanted to use this technology to build a Spider-Man army and sell this country, it would not be enough for him to toss."
“So you think this project failed?”
"The cost-effectiveness is too low and there is no practical value, and now Octavius, the only one who knows the Oz formula, is dead. So yes, it's a failure." Michael said, "But the data will be archived first, and it may be useful in the future."
"Okay, sir."
"What about the simulation of vibrating metal mixed metal?" Michael changed his tone, "How is the process?"
"As of now, 91% of known materials have been tested, and there are 342 alternatives, but all of them have common disadvantages that cannot be solved for the time being."
“What’s the problem?”
"Energy, sir. Using the above scheme to build armor with mixed vibrator will cause a significant reduction in the energy transmission rate and an increase in the loss rate. If the existing battery-driven armor is continued, the combat time will be shortened to one-sixth of the original on average."
"That's a problem, but I think there is a solution to this."
"What do you think, sir?"
Michael swiped his finger and turned off the interface of the Super Squad's shortlist, and picked another project from the project file on the left based on the initial index.
"Remember the 'obedient' that made Daniel Whitehall obsessed with almost madness?"
"Remember, sir. According to the records, it is an ancient object with unexplained powerful power. It was captured from Hydra by Agent Carter, one of the founders of SHIELD, led by Agent Carter, one of the founders of SHIELD, and has been kept in SHIELD. But not long ago, the matter disappeared after the disbandment of SHIELD..."
With a wave of Michael's arm, all the files in the project were opened at the same time. A huge three-dimensional projection of the obelisk appeared on the virtual screen, surrounded by the results of White Hall's years of research on it.
