Chapter 40 Perfect Clone
The dark armor slowly walked along the corridor of the laboratory like it was in the unparalleled mode. The bullets hit his indestructible shell almost for a moment, and the deformed shells sprinkled all over the ground like yellow beans.
Michael used a non-lethal weapon to explode one group of CIA agents, and blasted open one reinforced door after another, without blocking it all the way to the door of the control room.
The infrared imaging showed that there was only one person in the control room, and Shirley marked it as "unarmed" object. Michael raised his hand and blew the door down with a pulse cannon. At a glance, he saw the man in the suit holding his hands and shouting: "Don't kill me! I'll tell you everything!"
Michael exploded him out without saying a word, like an iron discus sticking to the window glass.
"I believe he just said he was willing to give it." Shirley reminded, "Maybe he can tell us the name of the controller?"
"No, he doesn't know. He's too cowardly and stupid, and he won't know any confidential content."
Michael didn't even look at the black suit stuck to the window and kicked open the door of the experiment cabin. The dark blue light rippled on the walls and ceiling in the cabin. The complex and sophisticated instruments surrounded the surroundings, and all of them were connected into the fluorescent glassware in the center of the room through intricate lines.
Michael walked to the vessel and saw the "work" imprisoned inside through the transparent glass, and was slightly stunned.
It's a girl.
He thought he would find the most unique clone of Peter Parker here. He had fantasized that this clone might have four legs, spider heads, or be parasitized by some evil black symbiosis and be violent... But he never expected that the one who was locked here would be a sleeping beauty-like little girl.
She was a pretty girl. She had white skin as white as snow, her face was as bright as a piece of jade, her long blonde hair dispersed unrestrainedly, floating freely under the buoyancy of the fluorescent liquid.
She looks only fifteen or sixteen years old, but also has an immature hazy beauty, like a carefully carved work of art.
Michael walked around the vessel for a half-circle and found the console: "Sherley, can you see detailed data when accessing the system of this device?"
“Doing.”
The window of the hacker process jumped into the corner of the monitor. Michael saw a large piece of code rolling by quickly. Half a minute later, the words "Allow access" flashed on the screen of the console.
A large amount of information was divided into several windows and bounced into Michael's helmet. Shirley briefly summarized: "The information shows that the female clone's name is Gwen Stacy, Peter Parker's girlfriend. He was thrown off the Washington Bridge a month ago by Harry Osborne, a super criminal who called himself the "Green Demon Second Generation" and died. The project of "Spider Warrior" successfully cloned Gwen Stacy, and at the same time mixed the cracked Oz serum into her genes.
Here she is the work that the controller cares most. Accurate genetic debugging ensures that her comprehensive quality is the most perfect of all cloned warriors. In terms of ability data alone, she is even better than the real Spider-Man."
"Interesting." Michael swept the archives in one glance, "But for what purpose? If they just want to clone the spider soldiers, why use this girl as a body?"
"The controller seems to plan to tamper with the memory of Miss Stacy's clone, and forging false memories makes her feel resentful to Peter Parker. The controller believes that this clone can use Peter Parker's psychological guilt towards Gwen Stacy to destroy Spider-Man in both physical and mental aspects."
"Wow, that's really a ruthless move. This controller must hate Spider-Man very much." Michael paused and turned around, "But you can imagine that after we robbed his baby clone and messed up his revenge plan, he would definitely hate us...Okay, can you turn off the system and release her?"
"Of course, if you wish, sir."
Shirley completely took over the control panel, and the words "System Off" flashed quickly on the console screen. The fluorescent blue light suddenly went out, the glass cover of the vessel slowly opened upwards, and the air poured into the cabin like a life-threatening, squeezing a large amount of culture liquid out like a flood discharge.
The girl's body softened and she fell from it lightly. Michael stretched out his arms to catch it.
"I'll contact Wanda and say we have to borrow an empty room and have a new guest to check in."
"Okay, sir. But are you sure you are not going to take her to the Tianjian Facilities?"
"Bring back the Sky Sword and find a quarantine cabin to lock it up, and let a group of white coats point at her through bulletproof glass?" Michael said. "When she wakes up, she will think she is Gwen Stacy, and she will clearly remember her death. So a more comfortable environment may be more helpful than the quarantine cabin."
"Okay, sir. After all," Shirley quipped, "you are the boss."

Peter Parker took a few deep breaths, tidied up his clothes, and tried to make himself look as natural as possible before entering the house. But soon he realized that the muddy, bruised cheeks and holes in his jeans did not seem to be covered by a natural expression. This is why he decided to make up a "kind lie" that he was going to give to Aunt Mei before entering the door.
Peter slowed down as he approached the doorstep.
"'Hi, Aunt Mei, I'm back, what's going on for dinner? Oh what? What do you think of me? Nothing, it's just that I fell on the way back... Well, yes, I fell again."
He stopped and took a deep breath.
"Well, it sounds like a fool." He complained about himself.
Peter walked to the door, and his hand was about to reach the door handle, and the severe stinging sensation stopped his intentions. The tide-like spider sensation surged and stimulated his nerve center, exactly the same as when he encountered the weird guy in black tights on the road before.
This time he even sensed the direction of the danger warning - it happened to come from his room.
Someone broke into his house—the idea scared him and made him nervous. He had to imagine that the intruder might hurt Aunt Mei. He jumped up without thinking and climbed up the second floor along the white exterior wall.
The spider's sense became stronger and stronger, as if he could clearly sense the position of the uninvited guest in his room. He entered the window, stepped on the windowsill, and prepared to jump towards the invaders in the room like an athlete squatting on the starting line...
Then he was stunned and stayed in place like an electric shock.
