For most of the time, Michael was busy traveling around the world through magic circles after magic circles. However, it seems that the world originally did not seem to exist in the Tianjian Bureau, so for the sake of naming, he simply borrowed this title directly.

The number of superheroes and supervillains has been surging geometrically in recent years, and the existence of aliens has also been confirmed. Under such circumstances, it is undoubtedly necessary to monitor and manage global supernatural phenomena and quickly investigate safety hazards.

Of course, until now, these belong to the responsibilities of SHIELD. However, as everyone knows, SHIELD has fallen apart now. Although Agent Phil Colson is working hard to gather people to rebuild the organization, their resources and capabilities are far inferior to those in the past, not to mention that they have even been classified by the international community in the category of terrorists.

This is also one of the reasons for Michael to establish the "Sky Sword", monitoring dangers and preventing hidden dangers. As explained, Michael dug up a backdoor inside Hydra's network a long time ago, and then he created the first artificial intelligence in his life and rooted it in Hydra's network. Over the years, this program has been gradually digging deep into the huge data world belonging to Hydra. Today, it has controlled almost all aspects of Hydra's entire network.
