Chapter 309 Mutant Stronghold

Wanda has been a little concerned since the last time she met the Magnetic Princess on the street.

When asked, Wanda was not sure what exactly made her care. She couldn't say it, but since she had a fight with the green-haired mutant girl, the girl and the situation that day seemed to have been lingering in her mind.

Lorna Dann, this is the name of the mutant girl, and it is easy to find out with Wanda's authority in the Sky Sword. Just as Wanda already knows, Lorna's superpower is magnetic control, and is naturally able to manipulate metals - just like a well-known radical mutant in the past. The Sky Sword records show that Lorna Dann acted with the mutant named John Prodsta over the years. They searched for their own compatriots everywhere, looked for people willing to join them, and established an underground organization for mutants avoiding the authorities' ears.

The Sentinel Special Service, which specializes in dealing with mutants' problems, has been playing hide-and-seek with them for many years but has not discovered the stronghold of their small group, but this information has long been learned by Tianjian. However, the mutants have never been the focus of Tianjian's attention, so Tianjian's attitude has always been surveillance and wait-and-see and never intervened.

Lorna's small mutant group address is located in Mexico. After finding this location, Wanda had long wanted to go and see it, but she was busy until recently and finally made time. She took advantage of this free weekend to arrive in Mexico, found the building described in the information, and stopped outside the door and hesitated for a while.

First of all, it is very obvious that she is not here to fight. She wants to see the girl who controls magnetism again and want to have a good conversation with her face to face.

But what are you talking about? You can't say - Hello, do you still remember me? Yes, it's the witch who fought with you on Broadway? That's right, I think your hair is dyed well and looks good, so I made a special trip to communicate, obviously not very good.

No matter what, Wanda walked straight up to the steps in front of the door and knocked on the door.

It doesn't matter what she says, she just wants to see that girl. And she has a kind of intuition that maybe they have something to say after meeting her.

But no response.

It's strange. If this is really a stronghold for mutants, and they have been hiding under the Sentinel Special Service for a long time, at least one or two people should be placed near the gate on duty, right? But let alone the guard post, there is no breath of living people nearby, which is really weird.

Is the information wrong and they are not here at all?

Wanda tried to push the door down, but the door was not locked and opened creakingly. The sunlight cut by the branches and leaves of the ancient wood was cast in from the door, illuminating the wooden floor.

The hall was gloomy and quiet almost weird.

The building is a double-storey structure with long corridors surrounding the hall. There are sofas and long tables in the hall, and many signs indicate that the place is home to many people for at least a few days. But they are not at home now.

So either they realize that their position is exposed and suddenly decide to transfer the whole person, or they just want to

A door in the hall was slowly opened.

Wanda turned around and saw a head of green hair, wearing a wallet and a denim, and a frosty girl standing behind the door with a puzzling smile on her lips.

Lorna Dane is the one she is looking for this trip. But why does it feel like something strange is there?

"Hey," Wanda stepped forward and said, "I know we didn't get along very well last time, but I'm here to talk. I don't want to."

Lorna raised her arms suddenly, holding a rectangular pistol in her hand - at least it looked a bit like a gun. Wanda's pupils shrank, and the chaotic magic was almost released almost instinctively. The crimson light swept out from her as the center, violently pushing the current released from the gun, and at the same time pushing Lorna out of the whole person, knocking the door panel behind her.

"You are not her." Wanda frowned, and the magic of chaos surrounded her whole body. "Who are you?"

"Lorna Dane" slowly climbed up and ignored her. She raised her arm mechanically and pointed the stun gun at Wanda again. There was no fluctuation in the eyes, and it was like a dead person.

Wanda moved his fingers lightly, and the crimson magic immediately took over the gun in her hand. "Lorna" did not give up, jumped up, took out a dagger and stabbed it. Wanda grabbed her wrist with her backhand, and pressed the palm of her other hand on her chest. The magic exploded, and immediately knocked "Lorna" out, and fell heavily to the ground and stopped moving.

Wanda did not relax after dealing with the enemy. The release of Chaos Magic greatly enhanced her senses. The ubiquitous magic in the space was like her messenger, allowing her to perceive corners that could not reach.

Wanda stood quietly in the dark for a few seconds, suddenly lifted his right palm, and the crimson light shot out like a spiral gun. A wall was penetrated by a bang, and the figure lying behind the wall was knocked away and fell into the living room.

There is one left.

The last person hid in the shadow not far away from Wanda. Seeing that lurking seemed ineffective, he simply thrust on it and waved the shaky blade in his hand and slashed straight towards Wanda's neck. Wanda raised his left hand, and the crimson magic captured the blade, and with her fingers hooked, she escaped from the man's hand. She then whirled her body and kicked him in front of the chest, kicking the man up to the back, and there was no movement.

Wanda walked to the first "Lorna" who fell down and found that her whole face had changed. That face was a typical hideous face that you might not be able to sleep all night after you glanced at it, like a typical example of a failure of plastic surgery. It was a woman with half of her face distorted, with flat and thick lips, and the left half of her face was covered with blood blisters, and her shape was very cunning.

Wanda tried to sense it with Chaos Magic, and the results found were even more amazing. This woman - and two other guys who were already lying down - could no longer be said to be pure humans. More than 70% of the parts of their bodies were replaced with machinery, a bit like the Robotic Men in the old movies.

But their brains are still human brains, which means telepathy is effective for them. Wanda tries to invade their minds, see where they are, and what happened in this place. Image information from their memories plays rapidly in her mind like slides, and in just one minute she knows what happened in this place.

"Okay," Wanda withdrew his magic and frowned, "It's great now."
