Chapter 30 Planning

Ninety percent of the people in this world may not have noticed it at all, but in the past two months a drastic change has quietly occurred. A war broke out silently, just like a thunderstorm in spring, which started and ended quickly, and quietly ended before most people's consciousness came.

People don't realize it, but this does not mean that the impact does not exist. S.H.E.L.D. and Hydra, one light and one dark, almost run through the world's behemoths (or you can also regard them as the two sides of the same organization), both declared their withdrawal from the stage of history at the end of this fierce battle.

Hydra was completely defeated and its leaders were almost killed. The only one or two leaders may still be on the run, but most of the power they had at hand had been lost. Even if they could try to reunite, it was only the end of their strength and it would be difficult to revive their past glory.

Although SHIELD played a crucial role in eradicating Hydra, the fact that this organization has been coexisting with Hydra for decades has had to be exposed. Such news is almost like a bombshell, with the slogans from various countries swarming in for a while. In addition, many countries and departments were already extremely disliked by the various privileges enjoyed by AHI. With the fuel of multiple forces, this super intelligence agency finally had to usher in the fate of the body.

At least, on the surface it seems.

For the international community, SHIELD no longer exists, and its commander Nick Fury was removed from all positions. Deputy Commander Maria Hill simply submitted her resume to the famous Stark Group. In just one week she transformed into a staff member under Tony Stark.

But for other people, all this is far from over.

As the last thing before leaving office, Nick Fury found Agent Phil Colson and solemnly delivered the position of Commander of SHIELD to the hands of this agent who was loyal to AHIELD. So under the leadership of the new director Phil Colson, a group of agents who were willing to stick to their faith and continue to fight for the original intention of AHIELD to the last moment gathered again, and a brand new AHIELD was reborn in the wreckage. Perhaps it no longer had its privileges, its resources and past technologies, and it was no longer an institution recognized by international governments. But at least it inherited the name of AHIELD and will continue to assume the responsibility of the Shield.

By the way, Fury also handed over to Colson a mobile device called "Toolbox" when handing over the position of the director. It stored the confidential content he left to the new director, including most of the matters in the ASCHEUN database involving level 10 permission secrets.

But the secrets with the highest authority of level 10 are only classified by Fury, and only he knows about the part that is listed by Fury as exceeding level 10, are not listed in it. For example, the unknown person code-named "Black Knight", Fury listed him as the top of the "List of the Most Risk Person" in the toolbox, but did not explain his identity at all.

The "Black Knight", the initiator of the world's turmoil, was sitting in his private laboratory, surrounded by a holographic three-dimensional map with a diameter of four meters.

With a light "ding" sound, Elizabeth walked out of the laboratory with a black suit that had been cleaned up to the point where there was no wrinkle in her hand.

“Your clothes are dry cleaned,” she said. “This one is for you to replace.”

"Thank you, can you help me hang it on the hanger?"

Elizabeth hung his suit on a hanger in the corner. She glanced inadvertently when she passed by the battle suit display cabinet and noticed that there were scars on the black armor standing in the cabinet that exposed the circuit structure.

"I've experienced a fierce battle, sir?" she asked casually.

"It's okay, the fierce battle is not considered a matter of being a bad battle." Michael paused, and then said as if he was talking to himself. "But he did meet two very interesting abilities enhancers. Especially one of them, I don't know what method it was, but she seemed to be able to control the power of Chaos Magic. Her magic power was unfathomable and her potential was quite amazing..."

"She?" Elizabeth noticed the personal pronoun.

"Yes, a pretty cute red-haired girl, you should meet her." Michael shrugged. He pointed to the thick ancient black cover booklets stacked on the table next to him, and said, "For this reason, I searched for an introduction to Chaos Magic from my collection, but unfortunately I got very little. But this also made me more interested in the girl who can control this ability."

Elizabeth knew that the boss said "interested" was purely out of interest in unknown abilities and knowledge, and had no other meaning.

Due to her identity and position, Elizabeth never dared to express it, but in fact, although Elizabeth really admired and respected this veritable super genius boss from the bottom of her heart, she also felt that he was real in some aspects - although her boss might not be very respectful - as slow as a piece of wood.

"But Strack's threat has been lifted, and I personally confirmed that the arrogant German man died." Michael changed his mind, "Baron Strack is the leader with the greatest power and ambitions of Hydra's organization at this stage, but that's all."

"So you have really successfully eradicated this organization."

Michael shook his head.

"It's just that most of the leaders have been cut off," he said. "But it's too early to 'eliminate', look here."

He reached out and stroked upwards, flipped the horizontally holographic three-dimensional map vertically and stood up. He took out a remote control and pressed the switch. Large red areas immediately covered 80% of the map.

Elizabeth asked, “Is this…?”

"The distribution of Hydra's remnants on the earth," Michael said, "I asked Shirley to sort it out for me."

Elizabeth was a little surprised: "Then isn't this still spread all over the world?"

"Because Hydra is such an organization." Michael explained lightly, "The world has been penetrated by them long ago. All countries and organizations have their shadows. All we have done is to cut off our heads and eliminate the main force, but this has not removed the foundation of this organization.

It is almost impossible to truly eradicate everything from this organization. Even the highest-level leadership of Hydra is not clear about the overall picture of the organization they manage under themselves.”

Michael sat in the chair and said, "'There will be two more when you cut off a head,' and this is not without basis. It's just that the trauma they suffered is relatively serious and may take longer to recover. But in the end, they will still grow new heads and make a comeback."

"Then they can never be wiped out?"

"Maybe it is true, but I didn't plan to destroy them from the beginning." Michael closed his hands in front of him, and a bitter light rippled in his blue eyes.
