One of them is to practice like Su Yang, experience refining essence into qi, refining qi into spirit, refining spirit into emptiness, refining emptiness into Taoism, and then spending three tribulations to become free and easy celestial immortals.

If two people want to communicate secret methods, they naturally have to survey each other so that they can tell some secrets depending on the situation.

The six-character mantra is Om, ma, Ni, Ba, Mi, Hum.
In these six-character mantras, there is great wisdom, great compassion and great ability of the universe.
"The six methods of Na Luo are the most outstanding methods in our West."
Gu Zhi introduced to Su Yang: "We have Kundalini Yoga, Illusion Body Yoga, Light Yoga, Dream Yoga, Bardo Yoga, Transmigration Yoga. In addition to these Yogas, there is also the seventh Yoga, which is the yoga of the body."
Kundalini Yoga is the operation of energy, the illusion body yoga is the true illusion of all things, the light yoga is meditation sleep, and the dream yoga is like the method of attaining enlightenment in dreams in the prehistoric novels. You can clearly understand everything in your sleep and practice in your dreams.
Bardo Yoga is to realize enlightenment and transcendence after death.
Transmigration Yoga is similar to the method of breaking away from the body and achieving the Yang God.
Body-taking yoga is a secret method widely circulated in the West in recent years. When you are dying, you will transform yourself into others, and thus continue to practice with the help of other people's bodies, thus breaking the mystery in the womb and breaking the shortcomings of the West's lack of reincarnation.

The great Dharma of the Great Seal is the ultimate universe of the vast Dharma Realm.
The hand is the heart, and it is also the one mind that thousands of Buddhas share.
This is the method of seeing the nature and becoming a Buddha. Su Yang had already realized the mind and seeing the nature. As this method involves it, the six consciousnesses may be opened.
After hearing this, Gu Zhi looked upset and said, "I have a lot of incompleteness in the method of the Great Hand Seal. If you want to practice, you should be happy, meditation and the dual movements of emptiness."
