Afterwards, chatting and chatting with Gao Qiu and others

I got up early today, so I updated it in advance.

Monday, the beginning of the week, was so early, so I wanted to talk about it for a dollar.

Recently, people often mention Gao Qiu in the book review area.

So, let’s talk about Gao Qiu.

Speaking of Gao Qiu, we mostly know from "Water Margin" that we do everything evil, be corrupt and abuse the law, and are a complete evil person.

But what kind of person is the real Gao Qiu? Why did "Water Margin" start with Gao Qiu?

Gao Qiu from Baidu did not explain his birthday, but we can analyze from some clues that he should have been born before 1080 and will not be earlier than 1070. Why do you say so? You can think about it from the ascension of Emperor Huizong as a dividing point.

Emperor Huizong was born in 1082 and was eighteen years old when he ascended the throne.

And Gao Qiu followed Su Dongpo in his early years, which was a short history around Su Dongpo.

In Water Margin, he said that he was a servant next to Su Dongpo. Note: Xiaoshi and Xiaoshu are two different concepts.

The servant is a servant, and the little history is a secret technique. One is a person who does miscellaneous work, and the other is a person who handles daily affairs for Su Dongpo. They are completely two professions.

In 1093, the eighth year of Yuanyou, Su Dongpo left Bianliang and introduced Gao Qiu to Wang Jinqing. Here, we need to note that in Water Margin, Su Dongpo gave Gao Qiu to Wang Jinqing, but in fact, recommended it to Wang Jinqing. One recommendation, the other gift, and two concepts, I believe everyone can distinguish it clearly.

From this we can see that Su Dongpo likes Gao Qiu more.

The reason why he did not take Gao Qiu away was that, on the one hand, Gao Qiu was not his servant, and on the other hand, Gao Qiu was a native of Kaifeng, so it was impossible for him to follow him.

Here, can we boldly speculate that Su Dongpo personally appreciates Gao Qiu?

Of course, it is not enough to say that Gao Qiu was a good person because of this reason. Historical records show that he was good at calligraphy, smart, with a look of eyes, and could do poetry, songs and essays... These characteristics do not seem to be said that Gao Qiu was a gangster. Su Dongpo should have been exiled at the time, so he recommended Gao Qiu to Wang Jinqing, which should be a kind of support.

If Gao Qiu was really unbearable, Su Dongpo probably wouldn't take him in, let alone give it to Wang Jinqing.

Su Dongpo is also a person who wants shame!

Gao Qiu arrived at Wang Jinqing in the eighth year of Yuanyou, and soon transferred to Zhao Ji. At that time, Zhao Ji was still King Duan.

Therefore, we can roughly infer that the time when Gao Qiu followed Zhao Ji should be between 1093 and 1099. Zhao Ji was still a teenager at that time. If Gao Qiu was too old, it would probably be impossible for the two of them to play together. From this we can also guess that Gao Qiu was in his twenties when he followed Zhao Ji, but the age difference between the two should not be more than ten years old.

In this way, Gao Qiu followed Su Dongpo before 1093. Su Dongpo returned to Kaifeng in 1091, and before 1091, he had been in Hangzhou.

From this we can roughly calculate that the possibility of Gao Qiu becoming a gangster is actually not high.

And why did Gao Qiu be used as the introduction in Water Margin?

I remember Jin Shengtan once made an evaluation of Water Margin: If the change in Water Margin is from bottom to top, it is a rebellion, so the story is not true. In other words, if the story begins with Shijin, it belongs to the following and above. From the perspective of the story, it is difficult to attract people; but if it starts from Gao Qiu, it is from top to bottom, and the story is true. The court is in chaos, and the treacherous ministers control the government, and the people live in poverty. So folk heroes rise up and go to Liangshan to practice the way for heaven, and finally kill the treacherous ministers. This makes a truth.

In other words, the bad things that Gao Qiu in Water Margin are the novelists who deliberately do it to enhance the readability of the story.

After Gao Qiu became the Grand Marshal of the Palace in the second year of Daguan, he had a stable position in the past twenty years since the Jingkang Incident.

During the Tai Student Movement, Chen Dong and others shouted the slogan of eliminating the Six Thieves, but Gao Qiu was not among the Six Thieves. What did this person do in his post? There is no detailed record in history books, only saying that he is extremely greedy and greedy for money.

It was not until the Jingkang period that a minister exposed Gao Qiu.

"The Jingkang Essentials" record: "On May 20th of the first year of Jingkang, "the ministers said, "I said: Gao Qiu... was in charge of military affairs, but he invaded the military camps, and used private places to cover the private places, and occupied the imperial guards for their full service. Most of the employed recruits were skilled craftsmen, who provided private service and borrowed military companions. Those who could pay money to assist military craftsmen were exempted from the proofreading. Any private building bricks, tiles, soil, etc., would be used to all the military camps. If you don't use the time, you have to pay more and more, and you have no way to survive, you often do not have to do anything else. Although the imperial guards were all trying to get straightforward to feed and clothing, they would have abandoned the proofreading and disregarded the proofreading, and they had never cared for. Those who paid money had not ordered the proofreading to be exempted from education, and those who had no money had to make a living, so when the day before yesterday, people did not know that the soldiers were available. The court could not help but surrender to the barbarians, but they were actually due to favoring the private interests."

Note: It's a 'subject', and there is no name.

Jingkang was already in power in Song Qinzong, and he needed to eradicate the mark left by Song Huizong. As the Grand Marshal Gao Qiu, the palace guarding the security of Kaifeng, was Zhao Ji's confidant. Zhao Ji was not harmonious with Zhao Heng, and Zhao Ji once wanted to depose Zhao Heng's position as crown prince. In addition, the Jin soldiers attacked, but Gao Qiu fled from Kaifeng with Zhao Ji. Zhao Heng naturally felt dissatisfied with Gao Qiu.

Look, the emperor is dissatisfied with Gao Qiu!

A sensible minister will immediately jump out and expose it, and everything will be natural.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

If you think about it carefully, that's it.

Gao Qiu is not a good person, but I think he is not considered a bad person who offends the most evil one.

As for why the Six Thieves are not used as the introduction in Water Margin, but to use Gao Qiu... The matter of scholars is sometimes really difficult to understand. Let's talk about it next time.

I’m talking so much nonsense, the most important sentence: Please click. Recommend, collect, reward, and support Yu Song.
