Chapter 27 Against the Devil
As noon approached, the sunlight covering the deadly teaching building dimmed, and the darkness that was invisible to the naked eye but was particularly depressing climbed up the corridor along the window ridge. The sunlight shone into the window frame and made a rustling sound, like some kind of insect was screaming strangely.
Facing Eric who suddenly broke in, Bailiel was obviously a little unhappy, but he did not shake his smug look and full of confidence. He snorted softly: "Let me leave? Is it up to you? Human?"
"Is that right? Then should I try it?"
The moment Eric finished speaking, the warrior in the dark armor had already burst out like a rabbit. The air waves flipped behind the heel, and the air was like a sharp weapon was cut open. The dark blade flew towards Bailier's shadow.
The power system of the arm armor sounded violently, and the arm strength was strengthened to the extreme. The air pressure formed countless blades swept around. The windows along the corridor exploded in a series of loud "bang bang" sounds.
Bailiel's expression was still the same, his arms seemed to move slightly. The metal fist hit an invisible barrier, and the magic waves were like dark red ripples, and the ripples spread along the air.
It was like a thousand pounds of force was penetrated into a sponge, and it was completely swallowed up.
Bailey's gesture changed slightly, and the position where Eric's fist was fixed suddenly exploded, and the wave of air mixed with magic energy flew everywhere. Eric was shocked and slid more than ten steps away, and he pressed his hand on the ground and dragged out a long crack.
Magic? Trouble. Eric thought to himself.
"Humans, such a small, meaningless existence is worthy of being ruled by us, you will figure it out, Raven."
Bailiel said, his arms flapping. A pillar of fire emerged from the ground in the corridor, like a volcano erupting. One creature bathed in the coming flames took steps from the pillar of fire one after another. Their blood-red skin was so hot that it smoked, and each had two pairs of yellow eyes like a demonic sign. They opened their teeth and claws, and their sharp white teeth seemed to be wrapped in black smoke.
Eric remembers that there are such guys in the comics, but they are just miscellaneous fish. They are like jailers in hell, with combat effectiveness, but it is quite troublesome to clean up.
"You are wrong, brother." The raven's thin body wrapped in a dark cloak, said, "Maybe humans do not have powerful power, but they have more precious and worthy of protection, something that our world does not have, and something our father will never understand."
Bailier sneered: "It just so happens that since such a small creature is so important to you, then use these miscellaneous deaths to wake you up!"
As the words fell, the pillar of fire rose. The demon's figure disappeared into the flames. Bailiel seemed to turn into a dark fog and rose with the flames. The ceiling of the corridor was melted by the pillar of fire in an instant. Bailiel broke through layers of obstacles and rushed to the top in an instant.
The concentration of magic in the air instantly increased, and the barrier blocking the school slight trembled. Originally, Eric felt only a slight discomfort in his armor, but did not see the barrier. At this moment, he could vaguely see the dark purple cover covering the school like an upside-down pot lid, and the sunlight was scattered into a weird purple color when it was transmitted in.
"Hey, explain, what's going on now?" Eric asked Raven with his head turned.
Raven whispered: "He has enhanced the magic of the barrier and activated new abilities. If this continues, all souls and lives in this school except us will be drawn away and become the food of the demon."
"And we obviously won't let him do this." Eric said decisively, "You go up and do something to stop him. I'll solve these fish and follow up immediately."
Although she didn't know the man who was stuck, Raven had no choice at this time. She nodded and hung up in the air. Her dark body seemed to have changed into an illusory translucent state, and she penetrated the layers of ceilings like a ghost and flew straight to the top floor.
The demons opened their mouths and showed their evil fangs. The vague roar in their throats might be conveying the meaning of "no escape". But Eric took a big step and stopped them.
"Sorry," he glanced at the devil and said, "but you can't go anywhere."
The mode is selected, and at the same time the loading is completed, the electronic sound of the internal machinery of the armor sounds again: "Complete, the speed mode is online."
Switching to the Divine Speed mode, golden current overflows from every part of the armor, and an invisible energy field quietly opens the field.
"Do you want to make a bet?" Eric glanced at the demons and said with a snorted smile, "Ten seconds to solve you."
"Output power...80%, charging is complete."
In an instant, the warrior's figure disappeared. A long golden lightning flashed out along the corridor of the teaching building, and the black afterimage burst out along the trajectory of the lightning, and the air waves were like the roar of the king of beasts in the mountains and forests.
Top floor.
"Belier."
The raven penetrated from the ground and locked at Bailier, who was casting his spell at first sight. A sharp magic wave immediately shot out.
Bailiel turned around lightly, and the black force disappeared in front of him in an instant.
"You are here...so true."
Raven said calmly, "I won't sit back and see you hurt so many innocent lives."
"Innocent? Weakness is their sin!"
The raven closed his eyes lightly, and the black force surrounded her from all directions like some gas. The dark magic waves ignited on the palms of her hands, and the gathering energy surged out like a surging river. Bailier's face remained unchanged, and his hands gently drew a circle in front of him. The flames formed a vortex in the direction of his arms. The majestic magic power was swallowed up by the flames in an instant, just like a scoop of water poured into a fierce fire scene, and the fire became even worse.
"This is..." The Raven murmured, "Did your father give you the strength?"
Bailier laughed proudly: "Yes! My father generously gave me some of his divine powers, allowing me to gain the power to capture you. If you continue to refuse to accept your true self and use the power of our demons - of course you will not use it - you will not be able to beat me."
While speaking, three pillars of fire burst out from the cracks in the ground and towards the raven. The raven hurriedly sacrificed a black magic shield to block it, but it was easily shattered like glass, and the scorching flames ruthlessly burned across its slender body.
This is the power belonging to the lord of the Three Palaces, the absolute power that makes people despair.
She gritted her teeth gently, and a trace of scarlet flashed in her clear eyes. The evil spirits overflowed unconsciously. Her snow-white skin turned into a fiery red like a demon, and four demons' eyes appeared under her hood.
Like the wrath of an emperor.
Sure enough, he is right. If he doesn't use this power, he will have no chance of winning.
no!
In just a moment, she suppressed herself and changed back to the same state.
"As a matter of course, don't accept yourself? You're such a disquiet girl." Bailiel smiled, "It doesn't matter, it's the same if you just capture you alive."
He slowly raised his arm, and the hot magic in the air gathered from all directions, as if he was brewing his last blow.
However, at the moment when neither of them could capture it, the speeding afterimage flashed to Bailier like a moment of movement. Dragging the sharp lightning, the leg in the afterimage swept through the air and slammed the demon's neck hard, causing him to fly out of nowhere!
