Chapter 24 VS Raven

New York, nightfall.

The black clouds covered the full moon in the night sky inch by inch, and the mysterious and cold air wandered among the buildings. Eric was wearing the armor of the Amozur, standing on the rooftop of a tall building. Opposite him was a crow that seemed to exist only in mythology, with wings that were so black that it was not stained with dust. The white feathers at the tip were covered with the head like the crown of the king, and the strange but sacred black aura was lingering all over his body.

Well, although Eric had seen it with his own eyes, he still felt incredible. He knew that this crow was just a physical entity that was manifested by the soul, and its owner was the weak girl behind Eric who was wearing thin pajamas and couldn't help but be weak. She was a raven, and leaving her soul was one of her special abilities, but generally speaking, you should not see her soul, let alone be able to fight with it.

Of course, she would definitely not be accidentally torn to pieces by her soul every day, as she obviously was in trouble.

"You are...the one in the news..." Ruiwen stared at him in a daze and spoke.

"I'll talk about it later. I'll see if I can help you settle it."

The crow seemed to understand his words, and shouted in disgrace. His wings fluttered twice, and then flew towards him like a black arrow again.

"Be careful! It's..."

Before Ruiwen could finish speaking, Eric had already rolled on the spot to avoid the crow's pounce and said, "Your soul isn't it? I know."

Ruiwen was stunned: "Why do you... know?"

The bird was unexpectedly agile. The inertia of sprinting at such speed was digested in the moment it staggered from Eric's side. It turned its head suddenly, and the sharp claws under the pitch-black wings flashed out, and the half-moon exposed between the black clouds plated the black claws with a flashing silver light.

"Bang!"

The claws grabbed the deck on the armored chest, and bright sparks splashed everywhere. Eric fell to the ground and rolled twice in a row to remove the force, but the crow was already pressing into front of the door.

It's fast and has a pretty keen fighting mind.

But Eric reacted very quickly. He almost instinctively flew up his right foot, kicking the rushing crow like a spring. But the guy was quite clever. The moment he approached, he suddenly turned again, forcibly twisting the direction and flew towards the dark night sky, causing a burst of colorless dust.

A pure black crow penetrated into the deep night sky, and the looming moonlight outlined the arrogant outline of its body, like a picture scroll with a god and demon theme.

"Do you want to bully me without wings?" Eric snorted, "What a coincidence, I have more than that!"

“Complete, green light mode is online.”

In an instant, the green light tore the darkness, the meteor shot through the night, and the silver armor wrapped in the green energy layer, and rose up with the black crow soaring into the sky.

"She looks... changed?" Ruiwen stared at the scene in surprise, and then rushed to chase after her. Now that her soul was leaving her body, the combat power she could exert was really limited, and she could only watch quietly from the side.

Just like two comets fighting fiercely in the night sky, two figures, one green and one black, interlaced. They rushed to a height of four or five hundred meters at super high speed, and then slammed into a block that was only six or seven meters away from the ground, flying past with blade-like airflow. The aging street lights along the road broke behind them one after another, like a series of fireworks.

They rose again, black afterimages and green light flow entangled together against a building's glass curtain wall, and the outer glass was overwhelmed by air pressure to tear out a long crack.

The crow let out a long and sharp roar, and suddenly spread its wings as soon as it rushed to the top of the building. Under the pair of black wings, it seemed like an endless black hole was hidden. Endless darkness surged out, like waves of waves rushing towards it.

The green light was swallowed, and the darkness climbed up the silver armor like liquid, as if chewing beautiful food.

"The output power...100%, charging is complete."

"Drink ahhhh!!!"

Eric burst out with a thunderous roar, and the strong light pierced out of the dark fluid like countless spikes. The green divine light tore the darkness and turned into waves to unfold. The glass curtain wall shattered, and the crow made a sharp and painful cry, as if trying his best to block the part of his eyes with his wings, and suddenly accelerated and hit Eric's abdomen in the waist.

At a speed that was so fast that it was almost breathless, it screamed and dived towards the ground with a desperate attempt.

Eric tried to break free from it, but the release of extreme power was just interrupted, and the energy was recharged, and he could no longer release new concrete weapons for a short time.

Twenty meters from the ground...ten meters...five meters!

The girl's figure rushed out like a weasel at this moment. Her long hair was like a rolling waterfall, and the strong wind crazily poured into her thin vest. Ruiwen waited patiently and finally waited for this moment.

There is only one chance, and you must never miss it.

Time seemed to freeze. The moment the girl's simple white hand touched the crow's black wings, an amazing scene appeared. She resonated with the crow, and the black aura began to extend towards her. The magic power condensed into a light blue light, opened an oval eggshell, and wrapped them all in.

Eric felt a heavy sense of dizziness hitting his brain, and the balance center of his brain seemed to be completely confused. He seemed to be trapped in a whirlpool in the storm, and everything around him was spinning.

He felt his stomach was about to be squeezed, and a violent nausea sensation came, and his throat was dry like a traveler in the desert who had not been touched for a whole day.

This state lasted for about one or two seconds, but it felt like it had been a century.

"Power overload...Sleep mode."

After throwing a cold prompt, the armor automatically retracted on his back.

A strong sense of weightlessness reminded him that he was about to come to the drama. He closed his eyes tightly and welcomed the cold earth in the best position, praying that he should not fall too badly.

But unexpectedly, it was not the cold ground, but the soft bed.

Yes, a bed, the quilt was lifted aside randomly, and there was a faint fragrance on the bed. He turned his head and saw Ruiwen falling on the bed, and she looked even more embarrassed in her pajamas.

Suddenly, he understood and his face became a little weird.

This is...her room?

"Raven? What happened? I heard a sound in your room..."

Damn, no...

However, he had no time to do anything, and the door was gently pushed open, and Aunt Alice of Raven leaned in.

Then, she petrified.
