24. The Day of Promise(1/2)

Vico is gone.

The current situation is no longer allowed to stop.

Arthur was blinded by his mother's encounter, and Vico had no choice but to do anything before he calmed down.

In fact, if it was not Vico in front of Arthur and Namo at this time, but another Atlantis man, then he would definitely be torn to pieces by the angry Arthur with a trident on the spot.

The child has had no favoritism for the Atlantis who took his mother away since childhood.

Now that he learned the truth, he was already full of hatred and disgust for the underwater world.

"Vico is a good guy, Arthur."

Namo watched Vico leave in a daze, and turned his head to Arthur, who was also in pain behind him, said:

"He grew up with Aunt Atlana. If it weren't for his stupid bloodline, he was his ideal partner for his aunt. You can continue to trust him."

"I know I've always trusted Vico and I can understand why he wants to hide it."

Arthur covered his forehead and said:

"I'm just"

"It's okay, I can understand. At that time, I looked at my mother's tombstone, and I was the same as you."

Namo persuaded:

"Go back, Arthur, go back to your house and wait patiently."

"When I prepare everything, I will call you, and we will go back to the kingdom established by our ancestors, and you will complete revenge for your mother, for my aunt, and then live your own life."

"No, I can't just watch it."

The young man also had an impulse in his heart, and was irritated by anger and hatred. He said to Namo:

"I can fight too! I can't just watch you deal with them alone."

"you?"

Namo looked at his cousin, and after a moment, he shook his head:

"No, you can't."

"You have strength, Vico trains you very well, but you don't look like a warrior at all. I don't think your father wants to see you fighting desperately in the sea, nor do I want to see you."

Namo patted Arthur's arm and said:

"What's more, there's the Merlin factor. If he knew that I had turned his nephew onto the battlefield, he would definitely come to me for trouble."

"Don't underestimate your Uncle Merlin, Arthur."

Namo shrugged, and he reached out to call his pet, Gross, the great white shark, who turned over and rode behind the behemoth, and he said to Arthur who was standing on the reef:

"I can't afford to mess with Meilin, and I don't want to make trouble."

"That's it, Arthur, go home quickly."

"Namor!"

Arthur waved his trident, he said:

"There is a fire burning in my heart. What do I have to do! Let me help you."

"You really want to help?"

Namo looked at Arthur's eyes, which shone with the young man's blood and an unconcealed impulse.

Namo knew that if he refused Arthur's help, the impulsive boy would definitely look for the Atlantis himself.

But Arthur is still very young, only in his 20s. Although he is powerful, he has never experienced a cruel battle.

He will most likely be found, caught, or worse.

Namoth thought about it and felt that he should have found something for Arthur to avoid causing some big trouble.

"Okay, I happen to have something to do here for you."

Namo took out a map of the underwater world from his pocket and threw it to Arthur, and he said to Arthur:

"In recent months, in the Fisherman's Country, there has been a rumor that Atlantis' army has built a quirky prison there, which seems to be imprisoning an important figure there."

"He can be imprisoned, which means he must have some conflict with the Atlantis official, which means we have a common enemy with him."

Namo said to Arthur:

"You can go there and see it. It would be better if you can save the mysterious man, but if the situation is serious, you can call me if you can't handle it yourself."

"You have the ability to summon marine creatures, too, right?"

"Um."

Arthur closed the map, he glanced at the fierce and hideous great white shark under Namo's crotch, and said:

"I can call on those fish, but I've never seen anything like this shark."

"That's because you're going too few places, Arthur."

Namo said to his cousin:

"There are many strange creatures in this sea, and Gross is one of the most powerful creatures. When you know this sea enough, you will find your favorite adventure partner."

"I believe you will eventually find a pet that is no less than Gross."

Namo reached out and patted his pet, he waved to Arthur, and he said:

"Protect yourself, Arthur, we'll see you next time."

After saying that, the great white shark Gross swung his huge tail fin, carrying Namo, and quickly disappeared under the sea.

Arthur could see the big white shark like a galloping torpedo, quickly disappearing into the sea in front of him. In the afternoon sun, he waved goodbye to his cousin he had just met.

Today he confirmed the news of his mother's death, which made him feel very bad.

But he found his cousin whom he had been separated for many years, which made Arthur's mood better again.

At least, although my cousin is a bit paranoid and extreme, he should not look like a bad person.

"Oh, by the way, there's this!"

Arthur took out the map around his waist again, confirmed the direction, then closed his eyes and called on the marine life in the sea. After a moment, a flexible dolphin stepped out of the sea, happily waving its tail, and stopped in front of Arthur.

Arthur rode on the dolphin and carried the trident behind him. The moment he dived into the water, he thought with some envy:

"My cousin's great white shark is so handsome"

"I must find a more handsome and powerful pet in the future."

"Well, there is still some time before supper. Let's go to the fisherman country first."

"You're done, Namo."

In the deep dream, a voice sounded in Namo's ears.

Namo looked up and saw that he seemed to be in a strange and twisted grove, and in the shadow before him, a woman with a crow's sharp beak mask was standing there.

She stood quietly in the darkness, like a ghost.

But this couldn't scare Namo.

"Why did you get into my dream?"

Namo asked with a frown:

"Witch, I don't remember any intersections between us."

"You're done, Namo!"

The witch in the shadow repeated in a weird tone:

"You told Arthur what Merlin had been hiding. That wasn't what Merlin wanted Arthur to know at this stage."

"If he didn't want me to tell Arthur the truth, then maybe he shouldn't have sent Arthur to send that memory bottle."

Namo said calmly:

"Since Arthur has appeared, it means that Merlin doesn't actually care about the secret leak. People like him cannot ignore this."

"And I think he asked me to meet Arthur because he wanted me to take care of Arthur on his behalf."

"Is something wrong with Merlin?"

"Well, as he said, although you occasionally look irritable, you are a smart person in most cases."

Zatanna saw that she didn't scare Namo, so she stopped pretending to be a god.

She walked out of the hiding shadow, wearing a mysterious cloak and a mask, and she took a small suitcase out of the broken dream crack and handed it to Namo.

She said to Namo:

"This is something Merlin asked me to hand it over to you. I don't know exactly what he wants you to do, but he said that you know what to do when you see this."

"let me see."
