76. Looking for the Unseen Light (Part 1) --- A great deed to retrieve the manuscript (2/3)(2/2)

Although this kind of young lady who looks difficult to mess with is beautiful and has excellent temperament, it is better not to mess with it casually.

"No need to apologize."

The angel sister with black wings looked around and looked at Hal Jordan in front of her.

The scrutinized look made Hal feel very uncomfortable, and it seemed to be back to the encounter with Ou Axing.

And just before Hal's inner discomfort rose to the point of resistance, the strange, walking angel on earth pulled his left hand out of his pocket.

Only then did Hal notice that the angel had a silver metal-shaped arm.

Relying on the super-strong perception brought by the will lamp ring, Hal easily felt that at least more than 30 high-level magic seals were engraved on the silver arm.

This prosthetic hand itself is a magical creature with few gains, the best one.

"Come with me."

The Angel Sister hooked Hal's fingers, walked two steps to the left, then grabbed a lock of the door of the debris room and twisted it gently.

She turned around, made a "please" posture, and said to Hal:

"Raw invites you!"

Hal didn't know where the angel was going to take him.

But after passing through the door of the utility room of m.i.b, the scene that appeared in front of him was definitely not the room that already existed in Xinggang.

The group of black-clothed agents who specialize in dealing with aliens will not be terrified in their own territory and build a strong, medieval decoration hall.

The hall in front of Hal had a shining marble yard that was wiped, and many stylish oil paintings were hung on the walls dotted with stained glass.

In the center of the hall, there is a sofa, a marble coffee table, and a burning fireplace.

On the sofa, a black-haired man looked like he was in his thirties or forties, wearing a casual suit, leaning against the sofa with his legs raised.

He was holding a thick book with chains in his hand, and was reading it as if no one was around.

The black-winged angel who brought Hal into the hall was wearing high heels. As the sound of the heels and the ground colliding, she quickly walked to the edge of the sofa, put her hands together, bent down in the shape of a servant, stood behind the man, and said something to him.

"Your Excellency, you have brought it."

"Um."

Merlin, who was modifying some runes of the Book of Ravens, was awakened. He turned around and looked behind Luther, and saw Hal Jordan standing in front of the hall.

The young man who had met him several times.

Green Lantern, born on Earth, is a talented superhero with Raven's nephew Barry, and is also a talented superhero that good friends Clark and Bruce are teaching.

As the raven was watching, Hal moved his body very uncomfortable.

He felt that he had been seen through by the raven.

It was like being out of clothes, exposed to the seemingly gentle but actually sharp eyes, no, worse than this.

It was as if flesh and blood could not stop the gaze. Those eyes could reach the depths of the soul and see through all the secrets hidden in his heart.

Fortunately, the raven's gaze didn't last long.

"Please trouble you, Luther."

Merlin said to the Black-winged Angel standing beside him:

"You can go home and rest. You have done a good job in the Second Dynasty of the Monsters. Keep working hard and strive to become CEO as soon as possible."

"Well, I will work hard, Maharaja, I've said goodbye."

Currently responsible for being the spokesperson for Ravens, the silver-handed angel Luther, who stayed in the monster dynasty, glanced at the Green Lantern behind her. She said goodbye to the Ravens Maharaja with a decent look, and then left the mysterious house with her head raised.

The sound of closing the door sounded behind Hal, and then the legendary raven put down the book in his hand and waved to Hal.

"Come on, young man, come here and let's talk."

Merlin shook the bell at his hand, and soon a ghost servant delivered gentle and appropriate tea and pastries.

Hal walked to the raven with some restraint and sat on the sofa opposite him.

He didn't know why Merlin invited him. It was impossible that Raven saw his talent and thought he was a talent, so he specially asked him to come and pass on some peerless magic to him.

This is unlikely to be thought of.

"Haha, I do have peerless magic and other things here, but with your unrestrained personality, you may not be able to learn it in a short time."

Merlin's gentle voice interrupted Hal's random thoughts. He picked up the teacup, blew it, and then said to the surprised Green Lantern:

"I invite you here because I hope you can cooperate with me to complete a study, or an experiment."

Merlin's eyes moved down and landed on the green light ring on Hal's finger, and he whispered:

"About your ring."

“About the Green Light Corps, about the Emotional Spectrum.”

"Of course, the lamp ring is the most important treasure of every Lantern, so I won't let you do it in vain. Hal, I will give you the corresponding reward, the kind you need most at the moment."

Raven sipped a sip of tea and he said to Hal Jordan:
Chapter completed!
