This is about Cheng Tang praying for rain for the people, and it is widely circulated. This behavior was later inherited by all generations, so praying for rain became an ancient government act. From emperors to county magistrates, this kind of activity will be held.

In ancient times, there were also rain prayers. Local folk proverbs: Prevent thieves every night and drought every year.

Longtou Village has no experience in this regard, because the previous large-scale rain prayer activities were organized by at least the county-level leadership departments. Most villages cannot carry out such activities and are not qualified to do them.
