Chapter 12 The Unyielding Soul (2)

As one of the five hundred-meter obstacles in military pentathlon training, it is definitely one of the training subjects that is much more difficult than the 400-meter obstacle running of the military. I heard that this sport is only formally assessed and trained in some reconnaissance units or special forces. However, even so, our army has a history of soldiers being dismissed in this event, which shows the cruelty and danger of this military 500-meter obstacle.

Many of the 'carnivores' came, and even the fat fifth-phase volunteer soldier, who was called the 'Black Heart Officer' by me, was arrested by Zhou Xiaodong as a strong man.

Seeing that there were two rescue personnel standing in front of almost every more dangerous obstacle, we secretly thanked that "But Zhou" did not seem to have let us sacrifice our lives for the country in advance. This is really surprising and makes people feel a little more at ease.

Only the little ghost head Peng Zheng had a special idea. He looked at the "Zhou Pipi" with a hateful look and said depressedly:

"This guy must have intentionally created some disabled or semi-disabled ones. Maybe after you become disabled, he will give you a smile and say goodbye to you. He has also achieved the purpose of sending you home and let you get out of here as soon as possible."

In my opinion, this may be a pissing voice, because since I survived the recruit company, I have understood the natural law of the cruel law of the weak in the army. I think every instructor who leads us to train will never do anything aimless.

Even if he will resent you, even if he will look down on you, in the atmosphere of the army where the strong are respected, as long as you can tell him that he is the best, your best way is to use your own strength to gain his respect.

First of all, we can see from the four officers who participated in the assessment first. The four people ran in two batches, saving time and speeding up their assessment. Although "But Zhou" seems to not pay attention to us at all, when I see these four officers running out, I have to say that all this may have been planned by them.

In my eyes, Company Commander Kuang's military physical fitness was almost unparalleled. Now when the other three officers ran together with him, and their movements were also cool and standardized, I knew that Zhou Xiaodong's purpose was very obvious. He arranged the best quality to run at the front and gave the students behind him enough rest and study time.

Peng Zheng and Wang Yulong were chattering before the officer ran away, but they were by no means stupid. As long as they saw Company Commander Kuang and others move, their eyes would stare at their figures without blinking, almost remembering their movements in their minds, and would involuntarily sigh at Company Commander Kuang's beautiful obstacle movements.

Seeing Company Commander Kuang jumping up to a five-meter climbing rope in one step, then pedaling up like running water, then turned around and jumped down, and his movements basically didn't have much pause and ran forward. I slowly discovered that the 500-meter obstacle is actually an upgraded version of the 400-meter obstacle, but it only requires higher requirements for people's military physical fitness.

When climbing a 5-meter rope ladder, as long as you look at this height, everyone will feel disappointed. I dare to say that if this project is put into the recruit company, less than 10% of those who dare to do this action directly.

Because it is five meters high, one is because it is scared, and the other is because it is really scary. If you accidentally fall, you will definitely be seriously injured. This project requires the trainees to have good psychological qualities and military physical ability.

Like most obstacles, run to about 80 centimeters in front of the rope ladder, jump with one leg, and sway on the second or third rope bar at the lower end. At the same time, hold the upper ladder with one hand, look upwards with one hand, and climb upwards in turn with the force of foot pedal and hand pulling.

When climbing to the top, one hand is from the bottom and the other hand is from the top to hold the horizontal bar at the top. Then, bend one leg and raise it upwards over the top bar. The upper body quickly flips over the top bar, move down the arm on the ipsilateral side of the cross bar leg, grab the ladder bar and push the bar and jump down.

When climbing up and jumping down, the upper body leans forward slightly, the arms sag, the legs hit the ground at the same time, bend the knees to cushion, and the arms support the ground, and then the legs push the ground hard and run in quickly. This is the key to the movement I have seen that I have never touched the five-meter rope ladder.

Another more difficult thing is to cross the high and low crossbars. From the assessment of the four officers, I saw two ways to overcome obstacles:

One is to run to about 80 cm in front of the low cross-bow, jump with one leg, and lift the other leg upward, and use the soles of your feet to walk on the upper edge of the low cross-bow. Lean forward, quickly support the cross-bow with both hands, and jump the leg over the low cross-bow and quickly touch the ground. At the same time, use your feet to support your body with force, and lift the knee upward and lift it over the cross-bow. Push the cross-bow with both hands, push the cross-bow with both hands, touch the ground, and place the hind legs on the ground before the cross-bow, and continue running in.

Another thing I felt was moving faster. He used his instep to support the crossing: he ran to about 80 cm in front of the low crossing, and jumped hard with one leg, and quickly swung over the low crossing, and hit the ground with his forefoot. At the same time, he held the horizontal crossing with both hands, pulled the horizontal crossing with his instep, pushed the horizontal crossing with both hands, touched the foot to the ground, and hooked the horizontal crossing to the ground, and put the horizontal crossing on the ground with his feet above the high crossing.

keep going.

This obstacle seems not too difficult, it is somewhat similar to our 400-meter obstacle crossing the low wall, but you must move steadily and have strong feet. If you step on a low crossbar, if you are a little slippery, you will be very happy. It is very likely that you have to learn from Yue Buqun or Dongfang Bubai. In the future, you will find the "Sunflower Book" or "Sword Technique to Repel Evils" to enjoy the depressed time. Spending the rest of your life is just a time to chat with yourself!

What about two more projects we have never seen before? They are climbing over ropes and climbing over high walls!

I think most officers use the method of climbing over ropes and climbing over high walls.

Run quickly to about one meter in front of the oblique wall, and one leg thrusts hard to the ground. The main body leans forward, the other leg bends knees and swings forward, use the forefoot to thrust downwards, and use the forefoot to run upwards. The two feet alternately use the push wall to run upwards. Basically, three steps have passed. When approaching the top edge of the oblique wall, climb with both hands, grab the top edge, and quickly step up, and the body forms one hand and one foot to support the top edge. As the other leg bends and pulls back and extends forward, jump down the oblique wall, both legs fall to the ground at the same time and flex their knees to cushion, lean forward, and support the ground with both hands to assist the body in balance. After landing, continue running in.

However, climbing over a high rope wall seems to be prone to being unable to get up when you push the wall through. An officer had to run twice. The reason seemed to be that the running speed was slow and the body was not leaning forward when going up the wall.

As for climbing high walls, there are three ways to overcome obstacles. One person supports his arms, one with one hand and one foot, and one with one with one arm climbing.

Corps Kuang used the method of arm support and climbing. He first ran about one meter in front of the high wall, jumped hard with one leg, raised the other leg, and buried forward and pushed forward with the sole of the forefoot, and slammed the middle of the wall with the upward force. He climbed the upper edge of the high wall with both hands to support the high wall. At the same time, he quickly bent his knees and lifted it up, hung it on the upper edge of the high wall with the inner side of the knee or calf, and quickly flipped up, and then dived down. The wing of the jump leg changed the hand side (fingered to the back), moved the same arm down, and pushed the wall with the hand to turn the body in the direction of running, the front leg hit the ground and cushioned, and continued running in-
