[Special episode] Yinger's travel chapter (10)

Glancing coldly, the man stopped paying attention to Ying'er's movements.

He deliberately distanced himself from Ying'er, put his hands into the water, and carefully felt the flow of the water.

A slightly stronger current approached him, and he knew that it was the noisy girl approaching him again.

Unable to speak, Ying'er saw that her uncle didn't say anything to ask her to leave, so she walked to his side. The two were only half a step away.

‘Plop~’ ‘Plop~’

"Wow~ Uncle, you are so awesome, I caught a fish so quickly!" Ying'er clapped her little hands, looking at the fat and tender fish held by her uncle, thinking that it would be delicious if grilled.

The uncle got lucky and threw the big fish in his hand to the ground. The big fish writhed on the ground for a long time, and finally slowly lost its vitality due to loss of water.

It was just time for a cup of tea. The uncle caught a total of five big fish and landed them.

Looking at Ying'er again, she didn't catch a single fish's tail. What a sharp contrast.

But Ying'er was not discouraged, because she didn't catch it, but the uncle caught her share, otherwise how could one person eat five big fish?

"If you want to eat, go find some dry branches and leaves!" The man ordered after seeing Ying'er tidying up her pantyhose.

This task was not difficult for Ying'er. Ying'er accepted the order and soon came back with a lot of dry branches.

Seeing the harvest in Ying'er's hand, the man pointed to the side and said, "Pile it over there."

"Okay." Ying'er said nothing and started stacking the brackets.

The man looked at Ying'er's technique and thought that this was not the first time she had done this. He asked curiously: "Have you played it before?"

"Of course, our family travels a lot, and my mother's barbecue skills are top notch!"

The air suddenly became quiet, and Ying'er turned to look at her uncle in confusion, "What's wrong?"

"Nothing." The man continued to kill the fish and dug out all the inedible internal organs from the fish's belly.

Ying'er didn't care and continued to work on her own. Without her uncle's instructions, she pulled out the short dagger from her boots and sharpened one end of the branch so that she could insert the fish into it.

"When your family travels, besides grilled fish, what else do you eat?"

The uncle took the initiative to speak? Ying'er found it strange and turned around and replied: "My mother can cook anything. As long as there are any edible ingredients on the mountain, she can cook them deliciously."

"What about?"

"Mushrooms, as long as they are non-toxic, my mother can bake, steam or boil them to make a mushroom feast!"

"Then your mother... is really powerful." The man stopped talking and didn't speak again.

Ying'er cut five tree branches and handed them to the uncle.

The uncle just happened to clean five fish and skillfully plunged the big fish into the branch of the tree.

It took some time to roast the fish on the fire. Ying'er was bored and wanted to talk to her uncle again.

"Uncle, how long have you been traveling?"

The man raised the corners of his lips, causing the stubble on his chin to twitch.

"Huh?" Ying'er couldn't wait for the answer and hummed in confusion.

"It's been almost sixteen years."

"Ah?" Ying'er looked at her uncle in surprise. It was daytime now and she could see his face clearly.

The two of them were busy working just now, but Ying'er didn't pay attention to her uncle's appearance.

Now through the veil, Ying'er could see her uncle's face clearly.

Perhaps because he has been traveling all year round, the uncle's complexion is not as fair as ordinary people's, but is a healthy wheat color. And those bright eyes at night are still shining brightly, the bridge of his nose is tall and handsome, and the uncle's facial features are very three-dimensional.
