Chapter 4049 [138] Will be laughed at

Chapter 4049         【138】I’ll be laughed at

What is a pustules?

Before explaining this question, we must talk about pus. Where can the pus come from without pus? The pus accumulates and becomes like a reservoir of water.

How does pus come from?

Pus is the "thing" formed during inflammation of the body's tissues.

This "thing" is a thick or water-like mixture that we can see with our naked eyes, and is basically liquid.

The specific components contained in it are mainly pus cells.

Pulocytes are white blood cells that have been sacrificed in the human body and bacteria.

In addition to pus cells, there are a large number of bacteria, and necrotic tissue debris and exudates.

From the above descriptive text, we can draw a conclusion that it occurs in the inflammatory process of the human body, but it is not inevitable.

Does inflammation necessarily produce pus? Not necessarily.

Corresponding to Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, anti-inflammatory is the main focus when there is no pus or pus in the case of inflammation.

Especially in traditional Chinese medicine surgery, it is clear that elimination is suitable for this stage.

Another question is, if pus is produced, will it not be able to prevent inflammation?

That's also ridiculously wrong.

If it is still difficult to understand the above statement, we can give an example of a common disease that is known to almost everyone: acne on the face.

Pustules are the most common pustules.

We know that pustules and acne will break themselves when they grow to a certain stage.

Regardless of whether the pustules and acne are broken by themselves, the doctor will usually prescribe an antibiotic ointment or even an antibiotic oral medication for you. It means that it is correct to use antibiotic treatment during the inflammation process from beginning to end.

So is it wrong for Dr. Ma to prescribe anti-inflammatory injections? That’s right.

Let me give this example to compare another point we all know. It is often reported in the news that some people have not broken pussy and have to go to the hospital for surgery to remove it.

This shows that if the pustules do not break themselves, and if they ignore the inflammation, it is useless, and surgery will be required to leave a large scar.

In other words, if the pustules reach a certain stage, if they do not break themselves, surgical intervention is required. This can be said to have very clear research results in both Western medicine and Chinese medicine: pus needs to be cut and discharged.

Do you say that Dr. Ma doesn’t understand the above statement? You must never say that you don’t understand.

When we reach the most critical question, how to judge what stage the pustules are now.

Dr. Xie and Dr. Wen looked at each other with two eyes waiting, as if he was being looked at by the teacher in class. Dr. Ma suddenly realized when he recalled the classroom knowledge.

Is it sufficient to make a judgment if you only use a medical flashlight to observe?

In medical examination, the most important thing in this case is palpation. So we can understand why the gold standard for physical examination of appendicitis is the Mai point in palpation.

For appendicitis, if you don’t check the body, it is not impossible to rely on more advanced medical instruments to check the body, such as CT machines instead of your doctor’s physical examination.

If you give a CT test for a small pustule like this, it will be laughed at by everyone in clinical practice. It will make your surgical diagnosis technology look super incompetent. Because such pustules do not grow outside like appendicitis, and your doctor's hands can be touched at any time to judge.

If you really don’t know, it’s really like the people mocked you. With machines, your doctor will not be able to see a doctor.
