Document 9: Nara Chai Jianchong

During the Warring States Period of Japan, the most precious and most popular props were the ancient utensils that were called "Tang Objects" and introduced from China to Japan. The most legendary of them was probably the "Baichai Jianzhu Tea Combination".

Tea mix is a prop used to hold tea powder when making tea. It is one of the most important tea utensils in the tea ceremony. It is a small pot made of ceramics, with various shapes and a variety of types. Shoulder punch is one of them, referring to a type with slightly flat shoulders with edges and slightly prominent. The sakura is the name of tea mix. It is said that this name is taken from the lyrics of a famous love song in ancient Japan.

The Kashibayanzanzou tea cheong was originally a treasure of the family of the Ashikaga Shogun family. Its name can also be seen in the collection of tea utensils called "Tongyama Murata" selected by the eighth-generation general Yoshimasaki Ashikaga. Later, Yoshimasaki gave Kashibayanzou to his tea ceremony master, the tea ancestor Murata Zhuikun of the Japanese tea ceremony, and Murata Zhuikun gave him to his beloved disciple Torii Yuzu. After Torii Yuzui died, the Kashibayanzou changed several owners, and was finally bought by the wealthy merchant Kamiya Soshiraki at a sky-high price of 1,000 yuan.

It is said that Juhito Murata passed the Kashiba Sang-kun to his apprentice Torii Yuzuma, rather than to his heir Murata So-kun. The reason is that he believed that the Kashiba Sang-kun's name originated from love songs, which is not in line with the spirit of pursuing silence in the tea ceremony. However, in the era of Takeno Shaoou and Chirikyu, the relationship between the kashiba and the tea ceremony became increasingly close, and the content of the Kashiba Sang-kun also appeared in the hanging scrolls hanging in the tea room. At the same time, many tea people, such as Takeno Shaoou himself, were also the singer, so the Kashiba Sang-kun's value doubled and became the target of everyone's competition.

Sonhara Kamiya, who bought the Chibayan Chong for a large sum of money, was a member of the Hokagean family of the Hokagean in the Kamiya Port of the Kanhata Port of the Cangqian Kingdom.

The Kamiya family has been in charge of the economic circle of Kitakyushu for five consecutive generations, and its strong economic strength is a solid foundation for it to be involved in precious props. However, the economic kingdom of the Kamiya family was suddenly destroyed by war. During the more than ten years of war between the Maori family of Anyi and the Otomo family of Toyoko, more than 100,000 families, Hakata, which was almost burned to ruins. In order to avoid the war, the Kamiya family had to move their family to Kamitsu in Himemaki country.

In contrast to the Kamiya family's avoidance of disaster, Shigekashi Shigekashi Shigekashi, another tycoon in Hakata Port, faced the war. Shigekashi Shigekashi, who has been operating the wine industry for generations, quickly built temporary houses on the ruins and began to reorganize the house. At the same time, Shigekashi Shigekashi Shigekashi used the method of lending money to traders or pirates to collect high profits from it, and quickly accumulated a large amount of wealth.

One side is the revival of the family, the other side is the decline of the family. In this changing economic situation, the only treasures left by the Kamiya family gradually flowed to the Shimai family under the influence of money. In the end, Shimai Shimai decided to buy the Shimai Yan Chong, the most treasure of the Shimai family was Shimai Shimai's tea ceremony master Tennojiya Daochi. After seeing the decline of the Shimai family, Daochi reminded Shimai Shimai several times, "Shimai Yan Chong is the best among the Tang Dynasty tea combinations, if you hesitate for a moment If you say that, you might be forced to buy it by the prince of Tomoto Sorin, who was frantically collecting famous tea utensils, or even the overlord of Oda Nobunaga. With the weak power of the Kamiya family now, it is no longer enough to retain the famous erishi Shouzhang, which is famous all over the world. Therefore, it is the best time to take this erishi Shouzhang as he has." After his master's persuasion, Shigeshimai Shige is no longer stingy with money and spent a lot of money to buy the erishi Shouzhang, for which he paid twice the original price - 2,000 guan.

However, Shigekashi Shimai failed to possess this famous product smoothly. Because Daochi's concern became a reality, Otomo Sorin had already focused his attention on the shoulders of Naoshiba.

Otomo Sorin is a famous tea man who dominates the country. He is very persistent in collecting famous tea utensils. Perhaps it is more appropriate to call it a strong possessive desire. In fact, Otomo Sorin already has a considerable number of precious tea utensils with his power and wealth. Otomo Sorin already owns two famous tea utensils: Shinta Sang Chong and Baiguan Eggplant. However, although both tea utensils are quite famous, they cannot satisfy Otomo Sorin. The dissatisfaction with these two famous tea utensils is not only because of their quality, but more importantly, Otomo Sorin is resentful of the lack of elegant interest in the name of the tea utensils. Although these two tea utensils are also Tangwu tea utensils that have been praised by Juichi Murata.

The name of Shinda Jiankong is only because of all the products of Shinda's family, a wealthy family member who was once Shinno. The name of Baiguan eggplant is also lacking in artistry. "Eggplant" and "Seal Chong" are the names of tea combinations. As the name suggests, it means that the shape of tea combinations is like eggplant. "Baiguan" is the name of tea combinations. So, how did the name "Baiguan" come from? There was originally a tea combination named "Ninety-Nine Fat" in Japan, which was regarded as the number one in the world by the tea ancestor Zhuukuni Murata. Ninety-Nine is "One missing", which represents It means "white", so "99 Hair" means "white hair". Because the tea fold has several white glaze marks, it looks like white hair, hence its name. "99 Eggplant" is a sentence in a famous Japanese Wakako, which adds the charm of "99 Hair Eggplant Tea Combination". The Baiguan Tea Combination was named Baiguan only because the initial price was 100 yuan, and it was named Baiguan with the number "99 Hair Tea Combination". In fact, it has nothing to do with the world's number "99 Hair Tea Combination", which gives people the feeling of imitating the frown.

And it was this 100-ton tea combination that Otomo Sorin spent 5,000 tons to buy.

Compared with the hundreds of guan eggplants owned by Otomo Sorin, Shinda Snake is more expensive. The name of the love song is much more elegant, so it touched the heart of Otomo Sorin. When Otomo Sorin heard that Shigekashi Shigekashi Shigekashi bought Shigekashi for 2,000 knots, he could no longer sit still. "If you can get Shigekashi Shigekashi, it will not cost much." Sorin thought to himself. On the one hand, on the one hand, he inquired about Shigekashi Shigekashi's intentions through Tennojiyayaji, and on the other hand, he officially conveyed his purchase intention to Shigekashi Shigekashi through his retainer Yoshihiro Zhen Nobunaga, "No matter how expensive it is, it can be."

However, Shigekashi Shimai ignored Otomo Sorin's request.

At this time, another person joined the ranks of fighting for the scrambled cage, which was the princes of the previous country, Qiuyue Planting Realm.

Qiuyuezhongshi was neither a tea man nor had any interest in expensive tea utensils. The reason why he wanted to fight for the sakura Sang Chong was just to destroy the platform of Otomo Sorin, because the Akiyue family and the Otomo family had formed an irreconcilable hatred since the previous generation. Before that, Qiuyuezhongshi had fought with Otomo Sorin in the name of avenging his father with the Maori family of the princes of Anyi Kingdom, but he suffered a defeat and expressed his surrender. Therefore, Qiuyuezhongshi's action of fighting for the sakura Sang Chong was carried out secretly.

However, Akitsuki Seed is one advantage over Otomo Sorin, that is, Shigekazu Shishimai is a resident of the Akitsuki Seed fief, so the messenger of Akitsuki Seed appears to be tough and his words are very fierce, "The ordinary people living in His Highness Akitsuki's country have no reason to disobey the lord's order!"

At first, Shigekashi Shimai also ignored the lord's rude request, but Akitsuki's attitude became more and more tough, and finally spoke, "If you don't follow the orders, you will have to take force to snatch Nashiba's shoulders."

At this moment, the Bodo merchants who had just rebuilt their homes could not hold back because no one could let their homes be destroyed again.

The Shimai family also held an emergency meeting to discuss countermeasures. Under pressure from all sides, they finally concluded that "the transfer of the scattered hairy shoulder to Qiuyuezui is really enough to relieve the worries of the whole city."

Full of grief and anger at the time of taking away the beloved thing, Shigekashi Shimai made a more tea-like decision, "Give the skeleton shoulder to Akitsuki without any compensation, and don't take any money."

On the day when the messenger of Akitsuki Seed came to take the Shibayan Pin, Shimokazu Shimai was extremely calm. After receiving the messenger, he calmly handed over the "heart meat" over. Then as soon as the messenger left the house, Shimokazu Shimai sent all the carefully built tea rooms. In this silent protest, Shimokazu Shimai said goodbye to his beloved tea.

However, the story of the story of the silhouette of the silhouette is far from over.

After hearing that the news that the Aoshima Jian Chong was taken away by Aoshima Chinshi, Ototo Tomo was furious and immediately sent someone to question Aoshima Chinshi, intending to recover the long-awaited Aoshima Chinshi. The original intention was to deliberately oppose Ototo Tomo Tomo Tomo Tomo, naturally would not give in.

Otomo Sorin finally issued an order to attack Aoyue Zeshi. For a tea utensil, a full-scale war broke out between the two vassal states. Otomo Sorin's army was unstoppable and quickly surrounded Aoyue City. Aoyue Zeshi was out of ammunition and food and food were exhausted to open the city to surrender. Otomo Sorin immediately asked Aoyue Zeshi to offer Kashibayan Chong as a symbol of his sincerity in surrendering.

However, the scheming Akitsuki Nashima seemed to have been guarding against this move. After obtaining Akishima Swordsman, he immediately expressed his surrender to Shimazu Yoshihisa, the princes of Okuma, and Hinata, who controlled Satsuma, and the condition was to ask the other party to keep Akishima Smanshima. Therefore, when the castle was broken, Akishima Smanshi was far away in Kagoshima, Satsuma. As a substitute for Akishima Smanshi, Akishima sent his youngest daughter to Otomo Sorin as a hostage.

So Otomo Sorin listed Shimazu Yoshihisa as his number one enemy.

Shigekashi Shigekashi’s enthusiasm for collecting precious tea utensils has not diminished slightly. After the scattered tea utensil was forcibly seized, Shigekashi Shigekashi decided to buy another expensive eggplant-shaped tea utensil. Among all the tea utensils, the shoulders are considered a symbol of men because of their protruding shoulders, while the eggplant tea utensils are regarded as a representative of women because of their round shape.

When I learned from the tea ceremony master Tennojiyadochi that the best eggplant tea dresses were all in the world overlord Oda Nobunaga, Shigekashi Shigekashi Shigekashi’s desire to possess became more and more intense. In the seventh year of Tenmatsu (1579), Shigekashi Shigekashi Shigekashi left his hometown Hakata Port with a huge sum of 100,000 yuan.

Shigekashimai first came to Sakai City, the main camp of the tea ceremony. While doing business, he honed his tea ceremony cultivation. Then he went to Antu Castle and met Oda Nobunaga. He thought that his trip to Antu Castle was filled with his longing and desire for famous eggplant tea.

Shigekashimai's economic strength is that even Oda Nobunaga, who wants to unify the world, dare not underestimate it.

"As a first meeting gift, let me give you something, just say whatever you want," said Oda Nobunaga.

"I really don't dare to take it. Is it okay to have anything?" A strange light suddenly shot out from Shigekashi Shimai's eyes.

"Do you want some gold as a businessman? Or do you want to get rewards such as tea combinations?" Oda Nobunaga asked while drinking tea.

"I'm so grateful. In terms of Jinko, I just received two thousand gold coins in Sakai City not long ago, and it's not a little short of it. Therefore, I hope you can reward a tea combination." Shigekashi Shimai said the real purpose of this trip.

"Ah, you know how to choose, so you can choose one from Antu City's famous products." It seems that Shigekashi Shimai will be worth the trip.

"If you allow it, I want to appreciate all the famous products you have collected. If this wish can be fulfilled, it will be my lifelong honor." Shigekashi Shigeo further made a false request.

Oda Nobunaga suddenly changed his face, "As a civilian, your appetite is too big! It seems that you didn't take the famous tea combination I asked you to choose seriously. However, this is somewhat consistent with the courage of the tea people who have had the sage sword. But you have to understand that if your sage sword sword is placed in my sage sword, it is not even worth adding an insignificant star to the dazzling starry sky." Oda Nobunaga showed his arrogance and confidence.

Even after seeing blue veins on Oda Nobunaga's fair face, Shigeru Shimai was still calm, "It's really too presumptuous, but since the Akitsuki-seeded Scarlettag was taken away by Akitsuki, my only wish is to appreciate the famous products in Antu Castle."

"What is Qiuyue?" Oda Nobunaga did not take the Akiyue seed seriously at all.

"In fact, my greatest wish is to appreciate the ninety-nine eggplant tea combination that is better than Otomo Sorin's Hundred-Kuan Eggplant Tea. The real purpose of my adventurous visit to Antu Castle this time is to see the famous products of Antu Castle. If you are grateful, it will be the most respectful thing for me as a tea man, and my life will be glorious." Shigekashi Shimai once again showed his persistence in tea utensils.

After hearing this, Nobunaga Oda suddenly burst into laughter and then said solemnly: "Although you have ever had the silly hairy shoulder punch, for a country tea man like you, the famous tea utensil in Antu Castle is like flowers and cow dung. From now on, you will practice the appreciation of the tea utensil in Sakai City and Kyoto, the main camp of the tea ceremony. Three years later, if you can become a real tea man, then I promise to let you appreciate all the treasures of Antu Castle. How about this decision? Can you accept this decision?"

"Of course, it's very presumptuous, but I'll wait for today three years."

"The tea man has no joke!" The two made a three-year agreement.

Shigekashimai indeed fulfilled his promise and practiced seriously in Sakai City and Kyoto. He participated in dozens of tea parties in three years, and later he was ordained at the Datoji Temple and changed his name to Shimai Sichi. At that time, after being recognized as a qualified tea person, he was usually accustomed to adding the word "Zong" to his name.

Three years later, in the tenth year of Tensho (1582), Oda Nobunaga successfully destroyed Takeda Katsurai and succeeded in triumph. Shortly after returning to Anto Castle, he received an urgent report from the generals of Hashiba Hideyoshi, the leader of Takamatsu Castle, which was entrenched by the Maori family. Oda Nobunaga immediately ordered Akichi Mitsuhide to lead his troops to reinforce, and at the same time issued an order to go to war to generals such as Hosokawa Tadaki, Ikeda Yoshihide, Takayama Shigeto, and Niba Nagahide, intending to annihilate the Maori forces in one fell swoop. Oda Nobunaga himself left Anto Castle on May 29, and only brought the two thousand personal soldiers of the legitimate man Oda Nobuta and more than seventy male and female servants to Kyoto. The group lived in the Honnoji Temple in Shijo Xidongyuan.

Many people in later generations have never understood why Oda Nobunaga, who was so brave and resourceful, only brought such a few soldiers and horses to move into Honno Temple rashly, even though he knew that Akichi Mitsuhide was holding a grudge against him, and he was summoned to kill him.

In fact, Oda Nobunaga planned to fulfill his promise three years ago and prepare to hold a tea party at Honnoji to show off his precious tea props to Shigekashi Shimai, who has been renamed Shimai Sori.

On June 1st, a tea party showing precious tea props was held as scheduled.

However, that night, near the early morning of June 2, Honnoji was suddenly surrounded by a large army of Akichi Mitsuhide who was supposed to go to the front line. Although Oda Nobunaga took the bow personally, he was forced to commit suicide because he was outnumbered. The thirty-eight rare tea utensils that Oda Nobunaga had specially moved from Anto Castle to Kyoto were also buried in the fire with their owners, including the 99 eggplant tea combination that Shigekashi Shimai dreamed of.

After Oda Nobunaga's death, it was his subordinate Hideyoshi Hashiba who became the overlord of the world. At this time, he had changed his name to Toyotomi Hideyoshi.

After Toyotomi Hideyoshi pacified Kinki, Hokuriku and the four countries, he finally began his expedition to Kyushu in the fifteenth year of Tensho (1587). The princes of the former country, Akizuki, formed an alliance with Satsuma Shimazu Yoshihisa due to the previous relationship between Naoshiba and Yoshihisa, and at this time, they jointly resisted Toyotomi Hideyoshi's army, and of course they all became Toyotomi Hideyoshi's defeated generals.

In fact, the person who repeatedly encouraged and eventually led to Toyotomi Hideyoshi's expedition to Kyushu was Otomo Sorin, and his purpose of doing this was obvious, to get the long-awaited Nashiba Booster.

After conquering Akitsuki Seizumi and Shimazu Yoshiki, Ototo Sorin immediately couldn't wait to make his request, "After killing Akitsuki Seizumi, please give him the treasured Nashiya Sang-chung no matter what."

However, Ototo Sorin's request attracted the extreme disgust of Toyotomi Hideyoshi, who was a tea man. "The Akitsuki who devoted his country's strength to the death to defend the Akitsuki who was so proud of his life, so let's spare his life, but his youngest daughter must be sent as a hostage."

In fact, Toyotomi Hideyoshi's request for hostages was an ostensibly punishing Akitsuki Seimi, but in fact it was targeting Otomo Sorin, because Akitsuki Seimi's youngest daughter was serving as a hostage at that time and had been occupied by Otomo Sorin as a concubine by Otomo Sorin.

Hearing the order of Toyotomi Hideyoshi, Ototo Sorin quickly returned his concubine to Akitsuki Seimi.

After taking his daughter back for Akitsuki Juni, Toyotomi Hideyoshi didn't even want the hostage. Akitsuki Juni was naturally grateful and offered Maki Sakura's Sakura to Hideyoshi in return.

After Hideyoshi's death, Naoshima and the world's regime fell into the hands of Tokugawa Ieyasu.
