There are also support from machinery, chemistry, and materials science.

Everyone is unfamiliar with chip production equipment with lithography machines as the core, and many people have never seen it once.

This also made this task more difficult.

First of all, the disassembly plan was delayed, so Wang Anran held a special promotion meeting for this.

The control chip is generally combined with sensors, machinery, etc. to form a system.

The sensor detects data and feeds the information back to the control chip through the data interface. Then the control chip transmits the control command to the mechanical control system according to the pre-written program. The mechanical presses and then follows the instructions, and then repeats this process.

Wang Anran understood very well that control chips and codes are not the key. After understanding the principles, Huaxin Technology can design control chips and compile relevant codes by itself.

The difficulty is the parameters, such as the driving lens moves by five millimeters, how much voltage is given by the corresponding servo motor, how to compensate for the chip deviation after moving, etc.!

This requires thousands of debugging and revision of parameters again and again.

This is hard skill, and it cannot be avoided in precision manufacturing.

Each group raised many difficulties, and the core idea was: it was too difficult and it was not guaranteed to be broken.
