From the quad-core 2.0G A57 of the Snapdragon 810, it was reduced to the dual-core A57, and the main frequency was also reduced to 1.7G.
In fact, this architecture is the same as the Snapdragon 808, except that the main frequency of the A57 is lower than the 2G Hz of the Snapdragon 808.
There is no way, the Snapdragon 808 is a 20nm process, and the Kunpeng 910 is a 28nm process, so the main frequency of the large core has to be further weakened.
What's more, the CPU has excessive performance, and the 1.7G main frequency is enough. If it is higher, it will easily overturn.
When the 14nm process breaks through, there will be no problem with 4-core A57+4-core A53, but 28nm will not hold up.
