Summary of Volume 2
I'm in a bad mood today, so I simply wrote a brief summary of the second volume.
The story has been written into the third volume. In the first volume and the second volume, Chen Ji is an uninvited guest in this world, unaccompanied and never fully integrated.
He is just a graduated high school student and quasi-military student who avenged his parents and has a bit of paranoia. He has no family or people to care about in this world, so he doesn't have much subjective motivation.
Without passion and responsibility, he can control or ignore everyone, be close or far away.
This is why the main line of the first two volumes has been slightly vague. If we really want to find a main line, it would be the survival problem of newcomers.
Live first.
The story of Wedge, the first and second volumes, is the process of him slowly integrating into the world while solving the problem of survival.
Now in the third volume, he finally integrates into this world and has some concerns, so his story finally begins. In fact, this is just the part of the plot that I want to write most, which is why there is such a starting point for the story, or rather
Finally entered the main line.
In my fantasy world, the story of the third volume comes first, then the ending of the story, and finally the previous plot.
To me, the previous ones are all prefaces.
The difference between this time's creation and the past is that I will first try to integrate into the world, and then I will not start writing until I have a picture of the world in my mind.
But my level is not good. Even if I rack my brains, I may not be able to show you the original appearance of the world in my mind. I can only say that I try my best.
For some criticisms from book friends, unless they are based on theoretical disagreements, I basically accept them completely and make some adjustments. However, some can only express understanding and respect, but the story will not change because of this. For example, the book friend asked why Chen Ji did not find the
He grew up in a remote place and then came out to kill all his enemies. For example, why did Chen Ji not kill Wu Hongbiao, a hidden danger? For example, why did Chen Ji give money to those around him after he invented cement? For example, why was Chen Ji willing to stand up during the civil uprising?
out
As a writer of enjoyable articles, I certainly know how to write to please readers more and how to write to get more subscriptions. But this book, like the first sequence, is my reward for myself. I hope it is an uninterrupted story.
For example, when I wrote about the money sharing, I knew that some book friends would be dissatisfied. Anyone else would be upset if they were given so much money. I understand.
If it were me, maybe I wouldn't be willing to give that much money to others? I don't know, I haven't experienced the test of being so wealthy.
But when I was writing that plot, I also thought about it for a long time. What would he do if it was Chen Ji? I don’t think he cares at all, just like he is willing to gamble tens of millions of family property for revenge (the first three chapters)
In the timeline, Chen Ji planned to donate all his property to charity. No one would get it after his death, and he didn't care.)
Therefore, although I know that some book friends may be dissatisfied with this, this is Chen Ji's choice. If he did not choose this way, the little monk would not say that he had cut off the two words of greed and hatred, and Chen Ji would not be Chen Ji. I
I hope that book friends will see that every change in Chen Ji is because he has experienced the story himself and changed from the inside out, rather than because I wanted him to change or the book friends wanted him to change, so he changed.
As for why he was able to cut off the two words of greed and hatred early, it was not that Chen Ji himself was particularly powerful, but some special reasons, which were regarded as a foreshadowing. You may not have seen it...but it was indeed a foreshadowing. This is similar to that of Xuan Jing. The prequel story is related.
The timeline of this world is complete, and all major events that have happened from 18,000 years ago to the present are fully recorded. This is where I spent more time in the past. In the future, there may be many short stories surrounding the timeline. Let everyone see the world more and more complete.
Why the Forty-nine Heavens and Chen Ji traveled across time will be revealed in the future, so I won’t go into details now.
As for the amount of updates that everyone has criticized, I often cheer up and want to write more. I hope that double updates can be slowly restored in the future.
Next, the story enters the main line.
Chapter completed!
