Chapter 10 The lucky girl at the exam table
At nine o'clock, the exam officially begins.
After the test papers were handed out, the girls sat down at their desks and started filling in the information.
The sun dyed the edge of her ponytail golden. Her hair was slightly split. There was a thin down on the left side of her face, which made her look even more serene.
Jiang Nian looked away from his pink neck and his mood became happy.
It would be a lie to say that he is not nervous. Although he has imprinted all the subject knowledge points that can be memorized in his mind through memorization time, after all, it is the test that determines the senior year of high school.
But there is a beautiful girl at the front table, maybe it's a good sign.
The two days of exams flew by.
The girl at the front desk really brought him good luck, from Chinese to the last English test. His performance was normal, even a little extraordinary.
After going back and forth, Jiang Nian also knew the girl's name, Zhang Ningzhi.
I borrowed an eraser for the math test.
Before taking the English test, Jiang Nian thought about taking advantage of other people's luck. He might not be able to see it until the end of the test, so he thought about it and decided what to do.
So while expressing his gratitude, he gave Zhang Ningzhi a box of fruit milk.
No one would dare to pick up this thing outside the school. After all, no girl would dare to drink something handed to her by a strange boy, but in school it is not that risky.
Zhang Ningzhi hesitated for a moment, then said thank you and accepted it.
He didn't take it to heart. During the last English test, the classroom was so quiet that only rustling could be heard.
Smelling the smell of ink coming from the test paper, Jiang Nian's hands were shaking a little. Maybe it was because this was the last exam, or maybe it was because half of his short sleeves were wet.
The setting wind blew outside the door, causing his row of white teeth to bump together, making them sore and numb.
My heart beats like a drum and my head feels hot.
"It's okay," he said in a low voice as he worked on the paper.
"Get twenty points for English composition, ten points for listening, and a solid 130 points for English."
Five hundred and four is just his estimate of the minimum score. It is not a particularly high score for a paper with a full score of seven hundred and five, but it is already very high in the parallel class.
If these sessions were really college entrance exams, a double book would be more than enough.
Jiang Nian estimated that after this preliminary examination, he should be able to get the first place in the class. If everything goes well, it shouldn't be a problem to be promoted to the science Olympiad class.
When we left the examination room at 4:30 p.m., everyone packed their things and prepared to go back to the classroom and tidy up their desks.
There are two days of exams on the weekend, and the evening self-study on Sunday was originally used as a holiday. In other words, from now on after the exam, the whole night will be free.
The classroom was noisy. Some people chose to go straight to the Internet cafe, while others chose to return to their seats before leaving.
The class, corridor, and the entire third floor of the high school building were extremely noisy and lively. Some people were discussing test papers. Some people were chatting around the teacher, clapping their hands or beating their chests with regret from time to time.
There are also a lot of people changing classes, and there are many new faces in the class. Either a few people gather around the draft paper to check calculations, or they talk and laugh loudly, or they make appointments to go to the Internet cafe.
Jiang Nian bent down and easily lifted his heavy book basket. As soon as he straightened up, he saw Zhou Yuting walking in, looking around the classroom, probably looking for someone to move the books.
When they passed each other, Zhou Yuting called out to him.
"Jiang Nian, can you help me move the book? It's very heavy and I can't move it."
——
"When the opposite sex who is actually having a breakup but not nominally having a breakup asks you for help, it's best to pretend not to hear."
Jiang Nian turned a deaf ear and took two steps forward before looking back.
"Ah? You called me?"
"Well, can you help me move the books?" Zhou Yuting said, probably because of the weekend exam, she was wearing a white cotton skirt, "By the way, help Yingying move it."
Sun Yingying is Zhou Yuting's plastic best friend and is interested in Liu Feipeng.
"Oh, why don't you ask Le Zhi to help you?" Jiang Nian glanced at her and raised the corner of his mouth, "He will definitely be happy to help you move the books."
Zhou Yuting was suffocated when she heard this. Of course she knew Le Zhi would help her. But Le Zhi was too annoying. Jiang Nian didn't know how to nag him, and he was good-looking.
Although Zhou Yuting would not consider finding a poor man like Jiang Nian as her boyfriend, having a good-looking dog licker would also increase her value.
"He's so annoying, it's better to find you."
Jiang Nian originally wanted to mention her birthday party last time and take the opportunity to ridicule her. But then he thought about it, he was about to be promoted, why would he bother to talk about it?
If you make a girl cry, you can't win.
"Um."
He responded coldly, turned around and left with the book basket in his arms.
Zhou Yuting stood there, originally thinking that Jiang Nian would come back to help her after putting down the book. But after waiting for a long time, no one was seen. When she went out to take a look, her nose almost became angry.
Jiang Nian went to the next class to help a girl move books.
She swore that she would never look at Jiang Nian seriously in the future. She would never say a word to him again. Did she think that she would worry about gains and losses?
"No, I can just move it myself." Xu Qianqian looked at the people around her, a little embarrassed, "They will ask you to move with them later."
"Just move it, it's easy." Jiang Nian looked indifferent.
"That won't work, their books are too heavy." Xu Qianqian frowned, "You can just leave later and wait for me at the school gate. I'll be there in a minute."
Unknowingly, Xu Qianqian had become accustomed to going home with Jiang Nian.
"Okay."
After moving the books, Jiang Nian left the teaching building and looked back at his class. Suddenly he felt a little hopeful, looking forward to the day when the results would come out.
Today is Sunday, they should all be out tomorrow, and the shift change will be next week.
After a while, Xu Qianqian walked out with her schoolbag on her back. She looked around and spotted Jiang Nian. So she tightened the strap of her schoolbag and walked towards him.
Some students nearby saw this scene and couldn't help but stop and watch.
I originally thought I could read some gossip about puppy love, but in the end, I just walked away calmly and even took out the test paper.
"Can you get 540 this time?" She frowned and asked, "I heard that under normal circumstances, lower-level shifts must get 550 to be stable enough."
The two were walking side by side, and Jiang Nian almost suffered a cardiac arrest when he heard this.
No, buddy, I’ve already done it, so I can’t play like this, right? All of you in the Olympiad are Ultraman Seven, don’t you have a lot of connections?
When Xu Qianqian learned about Jiang Nian's rough thoughts, he couldn't help but sigh.
"It's just because there are related households, so we need higher scores. If people get 400 points in the exam and stay at the Olympiad, what does changing shifts have to do with them?"
It's too realistic, the human society in a small county is like this.
"Okay, let me check your English answers with you." Jiang Nian took a deep breath, "How did you do in the English test this time? Is it still a perfect score?"
Xu Qianqian snorted, showing three parts of sarcasm, three parts of pride, three parts of carelessness, and one part of proud little swan.
"What do you think?"
Neat wires cut into the dusk, and night falls quietly.
