397 [There is no foothold, it is square and clean]

The eastern suburbs of Nanjing, Zijin Mountain, Linggu Temple.

The temple name was awarded by Zhu Yuanzhang and he was named "the world's No. 1 Zen Forest".

As long as you come here in person, you will know why Zhu Yuanzhang named this name. The left and right are mountains and ridges, and the temple is located in the valley, which is quiet and distant, full of spiritual energy.

Zhu Houzhao walked in front, Wang Yuan followed with his wife and children, and Zhang Yong and Jiang Bin also accompanied him.

"This is a good place," Zhu Houzhao was very satisfied. "I want to stay here for ten days and make the temple prepare a monastery. But don't disturb the pilgrims, and don't prohibit good men and women from worshiping Buddha."

Zhang Yong said first: "I'll do it now."

Jiang Bin couldn't fight any longer, so he had to give up.

The emperor was traveling around, and the two of them were competing for favors more and more, and even Zhu Houzhao felt it. Therefore, the next trip to Suzhou was arranged by Zhang Yong, and Jiang Bin in Hangzhou.

Wang Yuan didn't care about this, just traveling with him. As soon as the emperor arrived in Hangzhou, he would take him to the Maritime Bureau and let Zhu Houzhao see the huge profits in the sea trade with his own eyes.

"Dad, hug!"

Walking all the way from the city, Wang Ce was already exhausted and opened his arms to be held.

Wang Yuan raised his son high and let him sit on his neck. Wang Ce was immediately so happy that he danced with joy.

Song Ling'er was so bored that she yawned. What's the best place like this?

In terms of secludedness, Guizhou City is ten miles a radius and bamboo forests are connected everywhere, which is much more comfortable than Linggu Temple.

Soon, everyone came to the temple gate.

Although Zhu Houzhao did not allow disturbing the people, how could it be? Linggu Temple had already cleared the scene. Not to mention ordinary pilgrims, even Nanjing officials who wanted to accompany them were blocked by Zhang Yong and Jiang Bin.

However, we have to pretend to be normal. The monk from Zhigu led them in "calm" and occasionally "pilgrims" came and went, everything was just for the emperor to enjoy the life of ordinary people.

Zhang Yong and Jiang Bin made arrangements in advance, and Wang Yuan also made arrangements.

Wang Yuan seemed to enjoy the scenery casually, but brought the emperor to a wall and said in surprise: "Young Master, there is a poetic wall here."

"Oh? Let me see." Zhu Houzhao indeed leaned over.

Half of the wall was covered with lime, and the other half was engraved with poetry. Everyone could write poetry on the lime wall, but only the poems of talented men and high officials were qualified to be specially engraved and preserved, while the lime wall was painted regularly.

Zhu Houzhao stood in front of the wall with her hands in her hands, and carefully admired it, and found that some poems were indeed superior, while others were clumsy.

Zhang Yong had already prepared, and actually grind the ink on the spot, holding a brush to the emperor: "Why don't you write a poem for your son?"

Jiang Bin rolled his eyes so much that he could only take the emperor to eat, drink and have fun, and he really had no research on such elegant things.

Zhu Houzhao thought for a while and wrote: "The mountains and valleys are quiet and the autumn is clear and refreshing. The ancient temple of Zen Forests in the ten generations. Zhengde came here today, and the Buddha told me the fragrance of osmanthus flowers."

"Young master is so talented in poetry!" Zhang Yong praised.

Zhu Houzhao smiled and handed the brush to Wang Yuan: "Erlang also has a song... Erlang, why are you silly?"

Wang Yuan pointed to one of the old poems and said, "Young Master, I think of a friend who forgot his age."

"Who?" Zhu Houzhao said curiously.

Wang Yuan said: "The head of the four great talents in Jiangnan is Tang Yin and Tang Bohu."

Zhu Houzhao said in confusion: "Is there anyone there? What year was the Jinshi?"

Wang Yuan replied: "He was originally Jie Yuan from Yingtian Prefecture, but he was dismissed from the court as an official because he was involved in the imperial examination fraud case. A few years ago, King Ning admired his talent and called Tang Yin to be an aide. Tang Yin realized that King Ning was rebellious and pretended to be crazy and almost fled back to his hometown."

Zhu Houzhao smiled and said, "He is also an interesting person. Where is he now?"

Wang Yuan said: "It is currently in Hangzhou."

Zhu Houzhao said: "When I arrive in Hangzhou, I can invite him to see him. I will also appreciate the style of a talented man in Jiangnan."

Wang Yuan pointed to the poem on the wall: "Young Master, look, this poem was written by Cheng Minzheng. He was quite appreciative of Tang Yin and happened to preside over the examination (not the examiner, who was responsible for the examination on behalf of the Ministry of Rites). Although the fraud case was confirmed to be a false accusation and framed, Cheng Minzheng died four days after he was released from prison and was posthumously awarded the Minister of Rites. However, no one in Tang Yin overturned the case and was deprived of his fame and reputation to this day."

Zhu Houzhao read the poem: "Zhong Fu came from the east and was deep, and occasionally visited a forest because of a famous scenic spot. The birds held a loofah and the monk fell in front of the monk, and the curtain rolled up the mountain lights to invade the outdoors. The Yangtze River thousands of miles away for viewing, and the relics of the Six Dynasties helped the heroes chant. When he came back, he had an appointment for a year, and was willing to be pleased with the worldly affairs." Nodded and praised, "The poem was written quite well. Since it was concluded that it was an unjust case, then restore the reputation of Tang Yin, on the premise that he had to be worthy of his name, and let me talk about it when I saw it."

Wang Yuan bowed and said, "Young Master Shengming."

Zhu Houzhao laughed and scolded: "Where is a young master who calls him a sage? He doesn't know how to do a full set of shows."

At this moment, a monk came over slowly and said, "Amitabha, all donors are in great interest."

Zhang Yong whispered: "Young Master, this is Zen Master Yunshan, the head of this temple."

Zhu Houzhao also followed and said, "Well, Zen Master, I'll come and ask about Zen."

Zen Master Yunshan said incrediblely, and smiled and said, "Zen cannot be asked, nor can it be said, you can only comprehend it yourself."

Zhu Houzhao felt that this was nonsense, and he still liked Tantric Buddhism more and could explain everything clearly. He immediately asked: "Since Zen cannot be asked, let alone talk about it, why are there Zen masters? Zen masters are also Zen masters. You can't be my Zen teacher, and there is no right to be called Zen masters there."

Zen Master Yunshan was neither sad nor happy, and said, "The donor is eloquent."

Zhu Houzhao asked Wang Yuan: "Does Erlang know what Zen is?"

Wang Yuan suddenly remembered the few verses of Jia Baoyu in "Dream of Red Mansions", and wrote on the pink wall: "You prove my proof, my heart proves the meaning. There is no proof, so it can be proof. There is no proof, but it can be proof. There is no proof, but it is a foothold."

Zen Master Yunshan praised: "This donor has the nature of Zen, and he is one of us."

The literal meaning of these sentences can be summarized randomly as: the primary state of Zen is a deliberate pursuit of meditation. The advanced state of Zen is a natural understanding. The ultimate state of Zen does not matter, and it is a great enlightenment.

Hearing the monk's praise, Wang Yuan asked with a smile: "The Zen Master agrees with this sentence?"

Zen Master Yunshan said: "That's right."

Wang Yuan suddenly wrote another sentence, and Lin Daiyu's verse: "No foothold is the only way to be clean."

Zen Master Yunshan was suddenly embarrassed and said, "Amitabha, good, good!"

This supplementary sentence means that the super invincible realm of Zen does not talk about great enlightenment, but coincides with the Sixth Patriarch Huineng, "There is nothing originally, where can dust be caused."

Of course, Zen Master Yunshan knew about the Sixth Patriarch Huineng, but at a critical moment, he was still surrounded by a word game.

"Ha ha ha ha!"

Zhu Houzhao laughed loudly and clapped her hands and said, "It's interesting and interesting. Erlang has wisdom. Why not be a monk one day?"

Song Ling'er hadn't spoken at first, and now she said, "No!"

Zhu Houzhao immediately laughed louder, and after laughing, he said, "Let's go, Zen master, go to have vegetarian food first, fill your stomach and then practice Zen together."

Zen Master Yunshan was taught a lesson by Wang Yuan, and did not dare to pretend to be profound anymore. He said respectfully: "Please ask me, donors."

After staying in Linggu Temple for several days, Wang Yuan received a letter from Wang Yangming, with only one sentence in the letter: Xu Tai and Wei Bin arrived in Nanchang, and the descendants of the Hu family were tortured and died.

Wang Yuan immediately burned the letter and a sneer appeared on his face.

Xu Tai and Wei Bin were so crazy about money that he actually killed the Hu people in Nanchang.

Hu Yan, whose courtesy name is Ruosi, is from Nanchang, the president of "The Records of the Ming Taizu" and "The Yongle Encyclopedia". His descendants were tortured to death. The Chinese officials in the court would definitely explode if they knew about it!

Wang Yangming's hidden meaning is that many civil servants and families in Nanchang suffered. After all, even Hu Yan's descendants suffered a tragic accident, so how could they let other families of officials go?

Xu Tai and Wei Bin are dead, and the land in Nanchang is clear, so it can be successfully developed.

Xu Tai and Wei Bin will be ahead to attract hatred, and Wang Yuan only needs to take advantage of the situation. At this time, the gentry of Nanchang has long been turned into a frightened bird, so how could he dare to jump out and oppose Qingzhangtianmu?

After all, the Beijing soldiers tortured the dirty silver and headed straight to the rich. The people who suffered this were the same group of people as those who opposed Qingtian!
