Inspiration for Aurora
Aurora was inspired by a post on the Internet, "I Use a Mouse to Discover American High-altitude Reconnaissance Plane"
The author of the article is: Ghost-Zero
The original text is as follows:
A few days ago, when I was watching CCTV's program, I watched a report about Aurora. It seems that Aurora is not a secret now. So, I think I can tell you what I know about Aurora.
About two years ago, I found a forum for the US military. It was an open forum for the special forces. On the forum, I found a lot of pictures and it was very satisfying to see it. Later, I found that the person who posted the most pictures was a person named cinzen. So I became very interested in him. At that time, there was no riot-proof verification program for the forum. I paid attention to the online time of cinzen, and I found that he always went online on Saturday morning. So, I decided to violently force his password. I ran for a day and a half with 50 threads, and got the password. While he was not around, I logged into his account. What I didn't expect was that although his account was an ordinary account, he had the permission to log in to the background. I used his password to test the background again, and it was the same password.
But I was a little too happy. Although he had permissions, it was not high. He should be the lowest level master. He did not have permission to set the forum, and only had access to upload attachments. Moreover, the uploaded types were limited to 7 image types such as jpg, gif, jpg, tif, etc. However, I was still very rewarding. I down all the pictures uploaded by myself in that forum. (The speed was very slow, and the pictures were quite large. I didn’t finish it for 3 days. Everyone should know that it was not batch processing with tools, so the forum did not support it, so I had to download it manually. In order to finish it before Saturday morning, I ordered the mouse for more than 40 hours. The mechanized action later made me grab bread or fried dough sticks and grab bread or fried dough sticks in the same position as grabbing the mouse when I ate bread and fried dough sticks).
On Saturday, the man logged in again. But he might have discovered that someone had logged in to the forum with his account and changed his password. Later, I used his account and the password was wrong. I guess he must have reported this to the forum administrator, so that my IP was blocked by the forum later. I couldn't go up without an agent.
However, these are not important. I classified the downloaded pictures. Many of them were weapons. Most of them were not found outside. Very clear and close-range pictures of individual weapons and equipment of the US military. There were also pictures of advanced weapons of foreign troops. These were not what I care about. What I care most about was about 400 satellite photos of low-orbit military optical satellites. Looking at the photos of buildings from the ground, which country the building belongs to and what style it is can be seen at a glance. It is difficult to see from the sky. I watched it for more than two weeks like watching a movie, and then I understood some tips for looking at satellite pictures. After another half month, I found that most of the pictures were from our country.
Don't be surprised, it's not news for Americans to peek at us in the sky.
I found Shenyang, Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu and other cities from the pictures. Two of them were very interesting. The first picture was a picture from Shijiazhuang. I was surprised to find that a place was blasting a building. (It looked like it was bombed from the sky.) Another picture was a football match being held on a football field in Russia. The picture was very clear, and even the location of the person could be seen. I searched the time of the explosion in Shijiazhuang, December 9, 2001. I searched the time of the football match in Russia. But this was so difficult. Later, with the help of a friend who studied Russian, I found the name of the city and then looked for the time of the football match held in the city in recent years. I was surprised to find that there were no major competitions in that city in recent years. The only major competition was a competition on December 9, 2001.
Both pictures were actually pictures from December 9, 2001. I was really surprised. I called a relative at the Purple Mountain Observatory in Nanjing and asked him which satellite I saw was taken on our heads by the two pictures from the United States. After the relative asked me for a while, he told me that there were no low-orbit satellites above our heads at that time. I didn't believe it, so I asked him to check it again. After his verification, it was certain that there were indeed no satellites on our heads at that time. What did this mean? This means that it was not the satellites that took these two pictures but the planes.
The Americans drove an airplane to invade our airspace~! I looked at the pictures carefully again and found that there were several other pictures with Shijiazhuang. I drew the flight trajectory of this plane on the map of our country according to the geographical location. That's right, it was a "S" shape with a very long tail. We all know that the orbit of the satellite is round, and to be precise, it is an elliptical. It cannot be the trajectory of this shape.
So, I continued to compete with the tail of that S. I could actually put the picture of the Russian football match in it.
After another half a year, I finally downloaded the video of the long game online. I compared the video with satellite pictures to watch the time when the plane flew over the court. This was a comparison for 4 days. In those days, everyone around me thought I was a fan. The result of this comparison was even more difficult for me to imagine.
I was so dizzy that I had to go offline immediately. Let's just say a long story short, I divided the distance from the plane to the middle of the football field from Shijiazhuang to Russia by the time it took, and I actually came to an amazing conclusion. The flight speed of the plane was more than 5,000 kilometers per hour. One of them was actually 8,985 kilometers per hour. What do you know this mean? That means the speed of this plane was Mach 7.34. It seems that no missile in the world can shoot such an aircraft. Later, I collected relevant information one after another. I found that this plane really existed, and its name was "Aurora".
