Chapter 11 Tracking (6)

Facing the rampant Izkoyater, Bjorn slowly and firmly climbed up from the ground, gathering a magic power on his spear.

"I still want to struggle to death?" Izkoyatel stood there and smiled, "It's useless. The winner was decided that just now. I still have the strength, and you are exhausted!"

"Do you really think I can't suppress you just now? Tell you, I'm also a pragmatist." Bjorn slowly made a spear throwing gesture while glaring at Izkoatel. "I discovered that with the protection of the ground, it's hard for me to hurt you. So I deliberately showed weakness and led you out!"

At that time, the spear took off from Bjorn's hand and flew towards Izkoatel.

Izkoyatel's face changed. Bjorn had more magic power than he expected, and he was too close to Bjorn without realizing it!

The fiery force swept towards Izkoyatel. Izkoyatel had no choice but to dodge, and hurriedly stamped his feet and stepped on several huge gravels and pushed them out with magic. Bjorn's spear penetrated through the gravel one after another. At the same time, the magic of both sides also stirred in the air, turning into two strong winds in the opposite direction, destroying the surrounding buildings.

Finally, when I was about to stab Izkoyater, the spear was blown away. Izkoyater gasped, while Bjorn fell to the ground with a bang.

"It's useless!" Izkoyatel shouted loudly, "I've become stronger, your magic level can no longer suppress me!"

With a "slam" sound, Bjorn's spear hit the farmhouse where Ella is. Although it was at the end of his strength, it still smashed the entire wall to half collapse. Izkoyatel turned his head and saw Amy standing inside, and his face changed drastically:

"How come you are here...how did you chase after me?"

In his impression, Amy was a magician in the First Age.

Ella was lying on the ground to avoid being blown down again by the wind. When she noticed that the wind had stopped, she held her head and shouted, "Amy, how are you? Is Bjorn better?"

Hearing Ella's voice, Izkoyatel became even more panicked. He retreated repeatedly and kept shouting: "You wait, you wait... wait! I will beat you soon!"

Before Amy could react, he hurriedly jumped into the ground and sneaked away.

"Don't chase!"

Ella looked up and saw that Bjorn had fallen to the ground, and hurriedly stopped the pirate behind her. She turned out from behind the wall, came to Bjorn, and asked anxiously: "Bjorn? What's wrong? Izkoyatel has become so powerful now?"

"Who asked you to follow me?" Bjorn pushed Ella away with an unhappy look and stood up slowly from the ground. "Even if you don't come, I can defeat him by swordsmanship."

But before he finished speaking, he staggered and almost fell to the ground again.

"Don't hold on." Amy said from the side, "Even Your Majesty, I can see that you are the one who loses."

In desperation, Bjorn had to admit:

"Well, Izkoyatel has become much stronger. I'm no longer an opponent."

"Why did he make such rapid progress?" Amy asked in confusion, "The last time he saw him, he probably wasn't that strong yet, right?"

Bjorn glared at Amy with grace: "What are you saying here, a person who suddenly turned from self-level to elf? The Aztlans rely on offering their hearts to God to improve their magic power. Although it is convenient, the speed of improvement is much slower than the magic of your Qiqiu Empire system."

At this moment, a pirate ran over from behind: "King of Sweden, we found a large number of villagers' bodies in the underground passage below the village!"

Ella gasped. What she was worried about happened indeed - Izkoyatel found the tunnel where the villagers hid.

"I came all the way to Izkoyatel," said Bjorn. "Come with me, there is another 'attraction' here."

He picked up a spear from the ground to support his body, limped and took Ella to turn around the village several times. A large piece of blood suddenly appeared on the ground, and a stinking smell floated. In the center of the blood, a simple altar made of several branches was standing, which was filled with people's hearts.

"Obviously, Izkoyatel has been here a long time ago. The villagers of this village have all become sacrifices to the God of War of the Sun. And as you can see, I am no longer an opponent of Izkoyatel."

"What should I do?" Ella was embarrassed, "If this continues, Izkoyater will become stronger and stronger."

"I don't know what to do," said Bjorn. "So let England handle the next thing."

"Wait a minute, what do you mean?" Amy shouted, "Your Majesty came to save you, are you going to run away like this?"

"I have a question to ask you - why do the corpses of villagers appear in the tunnel?"

Bjorn looked at Ella meaningfully.

"I have been here before and have not found the villagers. Izkoyater should not have the need to drag the villagers down the tunnel to bury them. I guess, this tunnel was not dug by Izkoyater, but by the villagers. This is the task you set up for me, right?"

Ella was speechless for a moment. Of course, she could not reveal Alfred's plan to attack Scotland.

But Bjorn has read out the abnormality from Ella's reaction:

"Sure enough, you still have something to hide from me. I think we just signed an armistice agreement, not an allies. Although Izkoyatel killed a few of my soldiers, my current priority is to take my soldiers to retreat safely to Scotland. King of Sweden, do you have anything to say?"

"Since that's the case, there's nothing I can do." Ella had no choice but to sigh, "I'll give you the food as usual, you go back to Winchester to collect it."

Bjorn bowed slightly to thank him, and then slowly walked towards the direction of Winchester City with his spear.

"Wait a minute!" Ella called Bjorn from behind, "Bjorn, tell me, will there be no side effects if Izkoyater sacrifices like this?"

"Yes." Bjorn stopped and replied with his back to Ella, "The heart of the sacrificed comrades will be despised by God. According to the legend of the Aztlans, his destination after his death will be a hell named Damiktlan, and he will never be able to come to God anyway."

"That's it? What about before death?"

"I don't know. There may be curses. I don't know much about Aztland."

"Isn't he protected by the Sun God of War?" Amy asked, "If God despises him, why does his magic level increase?"

"Yes, not. Aztland's magic system is different from ours. The most important point is that if the gods do not have the supply of their hearts, they will gradually lose their magic power. And even mortals, as long as they sacrifice enough hearts, they can reach the "crown" - become gods."

"Mortals...become a god?"

Amy opened her mouth wide in shock. This was something she had never heard of.

Bjorn turned slowly and stared at Ella.

"Since Izkoatel sacrificed the heart of Chimal Popoka, he has already embarked on a path of no return. To be a god after his death, becoming a god is his only way out. For this reason, he will collect his heart like crazy. In the next few days, the number of dead people will increase rapidly. King Sweden, if you want to interfere in this matter, you have to solve this problem as soon as possible. If you delay the time, his magic level will eventually rise to an irresistible level of the walls of Wingest!"

"Solve this problem as soon as possible? Are you so confident in me?" Ella frowned, "To be honest, Izkoyater is elusive and it is difficult to track him. And if he hides under me, my troops will not be able to exert their advantage at all. What should I do?"

"If I knew, I wouldn't have been hurt like this."

Bjorn turned his back again and limped towards the outside of the village.
