Chapter 5 The Prophecy of Tepuy (1)

Hestein was carefully placed on a large bed by Lily, and his rough body seemed a little out of place with the velvet spread on the bed. Even in a coma, he frowned tightly - in fact, Ella had never seen him laugh. The face that allowed his beard to grow boldly was either expressionless or locked his eyebrows tightly like now, as if he wanted to clamp something between his eyebrows.

Ella temporarily placed the golden cup by his bed. Due to the candlelight, the venom reacted, causing the liquid in the cup to roll slightly.

The words of the woman in white made Ella's determination slightly shake: If the Qiqiu Empire had also robbed other countries, what reason would she have to blame Hestein?

But this kind of shaken was only a moment. Ella quickly took a deep breath and said to herself in front of the bed:

"Hestein, it is my incompetence that you can plunder in the Seven Hills Empire."

"But I still hate you. I hate someone who doesn't need to tell what is right or wrong. You saved me from my uncle, and I thank you; you play with women freely, and I hate you; if you want to possess me, then I have to kill you."

"You are a good general. If you were not a pirate, I might have let you command my army. But someone told me that you once worshipped Hunter Mistertin as your teacher. You ran back to the pirate kingdom and became a pirate. You chose this path yourself. If that is the case, even if you are poisoned to death by me here, you must have no complaints?"

After saying that, Ella picked up the golden cup again and slowly approached Hestein's lips.

However, just as she was about to pour the liquid from the cup into Hestein's throat, Hunter Mistertin suddenly broke in. Ella was startled and almost sprinkled the whole cup of medicine onto the bed.

Hunter Mistertin noticed Ella.

"Your purple robe..." He stopped talking and asked, "Are you a doctor?"

Ella was afraid of saying too much and showed off her feet, so she nodded in response.

"What medicine is in the cup?"

This time, I couldn't speak without saying anything. Ella avoided Hunter Mistertin's gaze and replied in a low voice: "It's just a decoction to help restore your strength.

From the moment Hunter Mistertin entered the door, his eyes merged with the wrinkles on his face, as if he hadn't woken up. But Ella could feel his sharp gaze looking at him up and down.

"I've been feeling a little tired lately, so I'll give me a dose later."

Mistertin's words made Ella breathe a sigh of relief. But before he could let go of his heart, Hunter Mistertin suddenly stretched out his hand to Ella and signaled Ella to hand the gold cup to him.

Although his heart beat hard, Ella knew that refusing here would only increase his suspicion, so she had to hand over the cup honestly. Fortunately, Hunter Mistertin did not seem to be suspicious of the decoction, but just shook it casually and put it aside.

Exposed to the candlelight, the snake venom in the cup began to roll again. Ella was afraid that Mistertin would find out, and her heart almost jumped out of her mouth.

However, Hunter Mistertin did not notice this detail. He sat next to Hestein's bed, turned on the quilt, untied Hestein's clothes, and scanned Hestein's muscle condition.

"The medicine to restore strength is useless to him."

Mistertin's voice was wise in old age.

"The reason he was unconscious was because he used excessive protection from the gods rather than excessive physical strength."

The next second, his voice suddenly became louder:

"Guard, guard, guard, go to his guard. If he used the swordsmanship of the Mistertin clan, how could he be like now? He dared to come back and propose to Lily this time, I thought he had finally achieved the enlightenment of the Mistertin clan, but he didn't expect that he was still escaping! Since he was unwilling to use the swordsmanship of the Mistertin clan, why would he come back to do it!"

Hunter Mistertin's sudden anger scared Ella.

"Sir Mistertin, there are reports that a large fleet appeared not far from the island..." A man in white rushed in and knelt in front of Mistertin.

"Fleet? Who is so brave to drive the fleet to Antilia?" Mistertin was obviously still angry, "I will let them understand how much they have. But let me replenish their strength first..."

Hunter Mistertin raised the golden cup casually. Before Ella could react, he had already poured the entire cup of medicine into his stomach.

At that time, the golden cup fell to the ground with a "bang" sound. Hunter Mistertin pinched his throat with both hands, showing an extremely painful expression. He pointed to the cup with his hands, pointed at Ella again, and then fell to the ground with a "bang".

The man in white was startled and quickly found someone to help Hunter Mistertin out. After a while, Lily Mistertin also rushed over with a group of people. The incident happened so suddenly that Ella was stunned. Until everyone looked like Ella, she finally reacted - in their eyes, she had become the murderer who deliberately murdered the Lord of Antillia.

If Hestein was poisoned to death, Ella had already thought of many ways to excuse her guilt. She could even draw wounds on Hestein and say that Hestein was infected with snake venom in a cave. But Hunter Mistertin had no old injuries, but suddenly became poisoned after drinking Ella's medicine. Ella could not cover up her crime anyway.

However, Ella tried to make the final struggle:

"Who poisoned the medicine while I was not paying attention..."

"It's you, aren't it?" Lily Mistertin said to Ella coldly. "You have been collecting Baslik's venom on the beach since the first night on the island, right?"

Ella gasped: "Can you actually see it?"

"I can't see it. But you underestimate the basic skills that the Mistertin tribe practices to practice swordsmanship."

Lily Mistertin waved his hand and signaled the islanders to capture Ella.

"It just happened to treat her as a sacrifice to the priest Tepui this year. There is another woman who has been following her. They collect venom together, and they are accomplices, and tie her up together!"

The angry islanders immediately surrounded Ella and tied Ella around and circled with the thickest hemp rope that could be found. Not long after, Amy was also tied up. She saw Ella being tied up, probably realizing what was going on. She squeezed out a smile on Ella who was about to cry, as if comforting Ella "It's okay."

"Sacrifice them together and feed the priests of Tepuy so that they may not cause trouble again!"

Lily Mistertin ordered the islanders to take Ella and Amy out. When Ella and the others left their sight, she found the man in white who ran in at the beginning and asked:

"You said there are fleets close to? Number? Country? Distance?"
