Chapter 14 Lord of Logos (19)
"Do you know my power?" Ibn Shina looked at the large ball of fire with a smile. "You have used so much effort to turn your own material into fire just to avoid a grain of sand I shot out?"
"Don't bluff," said Ivar. "Why have you always used sand? In this valley, finding sand is more useless than finding stones!"
As he said that, his body that turned into a fire floated up in the air and rushed out of the valley. The entrance to the valley was blocked by falling rocks, but this could not stop Ivar's body that had turned into a fire. There were even a large number of stones melting into liquid under the terrible temperature!
"Okay, I admit that the sand can't do anything to you now. How about trying this?" Ibn Shina stood there motionlessly, just pointed her hand forward lightly, and said, "Turn into sand."
A huge magic power brushed across the earth, looking for all the flame elements that could be used as targets. The fire that constituted Ivar's body was naturally the first to be blasted. His body had completely lost its fixed shape and was jumping freely in the space, but when the edge of the flame touched the magic power, it immediately turned into gravel and fell from the air.
Ivar shouted vigorously, trying to use his magic to curb the speed at which the flames turned into gravel. But this effort was like using his hands to support the collapsed roof, and it had no effect at all. His body quickly turned into gravel, far exceeding the speed at which he ran towards the valley. Just before the last trace of flames disappeared, Ivar shouted loudly and turned his body back into human form.
The pile of rocks that blocked the passage was burned by Ivar and a hole that went straight out of the valley, but Ivar had no strength to pass through it. After the flames disappeared, the rock quickly cooled down and took the shape of glass. Ivar crawled out of the hole of a rock and stared at Ibn Sina with breathless blood in his eyes.
"It's the first time you possessed someone else's body. Two different forms exist in one material at the same time, which inevitably leads to conflict and affects the nature of both parties at the same time." Ibn Sina said, "When you are a spirit, you feel that you can escape from my hands, right? That's just because I borrowed this incompetent body. But since you borrowed another person's body now, it's the same as me - no, you are much more affected than me. In order to exert a stronger power, I have specially educated the original master of this body, but you don't. Are you really better than the original master of this body now?"
"I heard you say you are a waste." Ival smiled, "Your body is not even qualified to possess that Son of God, so I have to create a new body without souls. Isn't that the case?"
Ibn Shina's face turned dark and she took a grain of sand into her palm.
Ivar smiled even louder: "You are using sand again. It seems that your magic of converting elements cannot directly work on the human body. Oh, so you need to steal the manuscript of Paracelsus - you know nothing about the human body, is that right?"
"It is not embarrassing that only God can control life and organisms. I am tired of talking to you - go die."
But Ivar was still laughing out loud: "By the way, I'll tell you something secretly. I like this body very much. Her original master is very much in line with my heart - are you questioning my current strength? Then try again!"
Before he finished speaking, Ivar's body turned into a fire again, and it was more violent and hotter than before. The entire valley was surrounded by this ball of fire in a flash. Looking around, everything was fire!
"Using the borrowed body to reach this level, the adaptability is really amazing." Ibn Shina said thoughtfully, and suddenly burst into laughter, "It's interesting, interesting, then try to see if you can escape from my hands - turn fire into sand!"
Two huge magical powers collided in the valley. The fire was constantly transformed into sand, and new fires were constantly generated, melting the sand. The laughter of Ibn Sina and Ivar seemed to want to compete with each other, echoing one after another in the valley.
However, the result of this battle was already destined. The speed of the new flame was far from being able to keep up with the speed at which the flame was converted into sand. Ivar was slowly being controlled by Ibn Sina. Under Ivar's roar with all his might, he turned back into a human form as before.
Looking at his hands, Ivar's smile turned into a bitter smile: "It turns out that it's not just me who influences her, is she also affecting me?"
The dust fell to Ibn Sina. He didn't even move his position too much, but just took a few more breaths.
"I admit that if you try your best to escape, you will have a chance to escape from me in a serious state of injury," Ibn Si said to Ivarna. "But you just wanted to compete with me, it's so stupid - even if I use my borrowed body and the person who has just stepped into the gate of the elf, I can't be my opponent."
"But I have roughly figured out the boundaries of your power," said Ivar with his head raised, "I don't know how powerful you are, but you who borrow this body are at best just a stronger elf. On the day of Ragnarok, I've seen monsters that match you."
"Is that? So what?" Ibn Shina replied lightly, "You no longer have a chance."
"I said—" Ivar deliberately dragged his voice, "Have you noticed that something is missing here?"
Ibn Sina looked around and saw that the entire valley had been blackened and some places had been burned into glass. Apart from these, only he, Ivar, Paracelsus, who was hiding in the distance and looking secretly at him, and three corpses lying on the ground.
Three corpses.
After realizing what Ivar was referring to, Ibn Shina shouted loudly: "Where is that girl-like dragon?"
"Runned." Ivar replied with a smile, "For the first time, I burned a way out of the rocks that would allow her to escape. For the second time, I blocked your sight with flames."
Ibn Shina yelled angrily: "Didn't you say she is dead!!!"
"Of course it's a fraud-my lovely friend."
"You have this power, why don't you escape by yourself at the beginning? Are you not afraid of death?"
"What are you talking about? I'm already dead, this body is the one who killed my enemy." Ival smiled happily, "You tell me why should I work hard for my enemy and keep her body?"
——"But if I just wait for you to kill me like this, my self-esteem will not allow it!"
