Chapter 3: Number of Demons (2)

Faced with Crodisi’s questioning, Gregory calmly replied: “As a servant of God, it is the most important thing to let the divine fire save more lost lambs. How can the war on the Eastern Front be compared with it?”

"It sounds nice." Crodisius's face showed a hint of sarcasm: "Isn't it to expand his influence? It's embarrassing, the apostle who controls the 'where'."

Among the four apostles of the Heavenly Empire, only one apostle's power will be greatly weakened on the land of the pagans, that is, the apostle who controls the "where it is". This is closely related to the doctrine of the Orthodox Church of Abraham.

Perhaps it was God intentionally, or perhaps it was just a coincidence, because of this problem, every generation of this apostle was dedicated to the missionary cause. Among them, there were many martyrs who died on the land of pagans. The expansion of the scale of the Orthodox Church of Abraham made the efforts of this apostle.

Hearing Crodisius's sarcasm, Gregory was completely dismissive and replied lightly:

"Adam and Eve fell from the Garden of Eden, causing the Serpent of Darkness to devour the kingdom of the earth. It was not until the divine fire broke through the jaw of the Serpent of Darkness and its light turned into the Savior Christ, which opened the path of salvation for the world. In order to allow the Divine Fire to illuminate every "place" of this Chaos Kingdom, even Christ gave his life. How can we continue the path he paved?"

Gregory's textbook answer left Crodis speechless. Gregory leaned his body slightly forward to show respect for Crodis, and then raised his steps and prepared to return to his room.

But Crodis seemed to be trying to make Gregory angry this time. Before Gregory could fully enter the house, his sarcastic voice rang out from behind Gregory:

"Gregori, if every inch of the land believes in our God, then wouldn't you control all the 'place' of the whole world? As you said, 'existence' must have its 'place', then wouldn't you control all the 'existence' of the whole world? What do you want to do then? Do you become a God yourself?"

"Crodith, your words are already a bit out of the ordinary." Gregory turned around and said seriously, "Can't you tell the difference? Even if someone controls the whole world, he will not be a god. No matter how huge the world is, it is limited, but God is infinite!"

"Hehe, that may not be. Can't our almighty God create an infinite world?"

"It is not that God cannot create an infinite world, but that the world itself cannot bear the infinite nature. If the world is infinite, then it is no longer the world, but God. Only God can possess infinite nature. Only God can control the infinite!"

After hearing Gregory's words, Crodisi seemed to hear something interesting and burst into laughter. Gregory didn't know why he was laughing, but Crodisi's series of incompetence had already made him angry. He stared at him without hesitation and asked, "Why are you laughing?"

Crodis wiped the tears of laughter: "I'm not laughing at you. I just didn't expect that after more than a thousand years, the words you control the 'place' have not changed much."

"Because what we say is truth, and truth is naturally unchanging forever. Moreover, this is not just the theory of ‘our’, but it is also the theory that ‘you’ must admit! God is the Creator, and the world is just the creation. Creator and the creation are infinitely limited, and there is an insurmountable gap between this!"

"Indeed! That infinite God has given me strength!" Crodith smiled and stretched out his arms towards the sky, then turned his mind, "But I always have a little doubt about this theory of finiteness and infinite. In my endless life, I have come into contact with some people and have learned from them that you cannot imagine. So..., I won't say much."

"You believed the absurd theories of those pagans and betrayed the only true god?"

Gregory finally got angry. He glared at Crodisius, and the place where Crodisius was just now was nothingness.

Gregor used his best to fight Crodisi's magic. The heavy darkness and the empty white fought fiercely with the entire space as the battlefield. In Gregorian's anger, the galaxy controlled by Crodis gradually contracted, and even the moon was forcibly torn off half by Gregorian.

Under such circumstances, Gregori shouted to the endless darkness: "Crodith, don't think you are immortal and I can't do anything to you! I will transfer your "place" to the end of the universe, and turn your immortality into endless loneliness!"

Crodisius laughed indifferently in the darkness: "Gregorian, if you transfer me to the end of the universe, then I stretch out a cane, what is the place where the cane is?"

"You can't stretch out your cane!"

Gregory's voice was like thunder. His magic collided with Crodis's magic, and even made the space cry.

"Don't worry, Gregori, I have not betrayed our God." Crodis's figure appeared from afar: "The people I have spoken of believe in the same gods as us. Moreover, this faith is far longer than the appearance of the Son of God. Before the 'Divine Fire' you said breaks through the darkness, they believe in Yawei and long for redemption."

Gregory was stunned for a moment and stopped some force: "Are you talking about the most primitive Semitism? Christ has made a new covenant with us, but now there are still people who guard the "Five Sutras of Moses" two thousand years ago?"

"You don't know. Thousands of years ago, when the Semites were displaced, not everyone stayed honestly on that peninsula - some people moved all the way, crossing Tunisia, crossing the Strait of Gibraltar, crossing the Pyrenees, and finally settled in the current federal Almani. The emergence of the Son of God had a very limited impact on them, resulting in their current oldest traditions."

"There are still people like this? Where are they? I send someone to bring the gospel to them."

"I don't think they will accept this so-called gospel."

Crodis said with a smile.
