Chapter 13 Trade (7)
Four Aztlanders successfully rode back on horseback.
They were first-class warriors and first-class hunters. In Aztland, there were many wild beasts that were much more dangerous and wilder than horses. They were used to fighting these beasts, so once they overcame their fear of horses, controlling this kind of meek creature was simply a good idea to them.
However... without the formal guidance of the equestrian teacher, their way of riding horses can be said to be the Eight Immortals crossing the sea, each showing their magical powers. Some lie down and tie themselves on the horse's back, some hiding themselves on the side of the horse's back, and only one riding honestly on the horse's back, but from time to time they would have a one-handed hand-stand trick on the horse's back... In contrast, they were all bruised and swollen.
However, they didn't seem to mind very much. After all, the more primitive the tribe, the more courageous it was and the more wild it was. The civilization of Aztland was in the Stone Age, and even the custom of human sacrifice was abolished by Amy not long ago.
But Ella was very dissatisfied with these people. She hugged her hands and blocked the intersection and asked, "Why are you back now? Even if you walk with your feet all the way, you shouldn't be so late! I wonder, is it the horse carrying you on your back or are you carrying your horse on your back?"
The Aztlan warriors did not hear what Ella said, and answered honestly: "When we went, we pulled the horse. The first half of the time we returned was racing against the horse, and the second half of the time we carried us."
Even Ella was sore about her head by such an answer. But no matter what, these Aztlans had learned to ride horses.
"So, what information has been brought?" she asked.
"There is an army coming to this side, probably the troops of the Principality of Brittany, with a population of about a thousand."
“‘Maybe’? OK—and then?”
"It's gone."
"No?" Ella was furious, "Where is the other party's location? What weapons are they equipped? Following those personnel? What does the leader look like? What does the flag and emblem look like? Are there any other plans? There are also the new lords who ran away not long ago. Where are they now? Have they left Molai or are they still stayed in Molai and not left? If they didn't leave, what would they want to do? What is this information?"
"Not. Tratoani only found out so much!"
"Your Majesty," Amy hurriedly comforted Ella, "at least we know the number of enemies now..."
"I know this kind of thing even if they don't come back! It's been so many days, and the Duke of Brittany has not yet arrived. I think it's known with his toes that he has brought a large army! Toes!"
Amy whispered and reminded: "Your Majesty, no matter how much you complain, you don't have to take off your shoes and lift your toes..."
Ella shook her head in annoyance and put on her shoes. Originally, the investigation should be left to Dust to do the best, but Dust was captured by Lily to Antilia. In addition to Amy, there were only Sivadon, the priest and doctor of the Federation of Almany, Ravi, and the dozen Aztlan warriors. Sivadon was timid and could not deliver any tasks alone. Ravi was snatched away by Mary. The only people in her hand who could call now were these Aztlan warriors. Awutmok's answer at the time made her somewhat expectant, but the result proved that these Aztlan people were not suitable for the investigation mission at all!
Amy on the side fully understood what Ella was worried about - the disappearance of the Count of Ile de France and his group meant that they were now exposed to the light, and they didn't know what the enemies in the dark wanted to do and who were there. This was the time when intelligence was needed the most, but Ella sent the Aztlands to investigate for so many days. Just imagine a prey that had been locked by the hunter, but this prey was blindfolded and could not see anything. What a dangerous situation!
"Your Majesty, nothing has happened yet, and the Duke of Brittany has not arrived yet. We still have time. Let the people of Aztland go and investigate again..."
"This is a ghost!" Ella waved her hand, "Everyone brings weapons and follow me!"
Amy was startled: "Your Majesty, are you trying to go...?"
"Didn't this mean there is a group of bandits hiding here? Go and slap them a few times in the face to relax!"
Soon, Ella brought about a dozen people from Aztland to the village. It was the busy farming season that the farmers worked in the farmland in sweat. Only when Ella passed by would they put down their work and stood up to salute. Although they did not understand what had happened to Molai these days, it was always right to salute the adults living in the official residence.
Amy was still trying hard to persuade Ella back: "Your Majesty, I know you are in a bad mood, but now is not a time to waste time dealing with the bandits! Does Your Majesty want to use the bandits to conduct reconnaissance? But I heard that these bandits are hidden very secrets. The lord who just took office searched for three days but couldn't find clues about their strongholds. We don't have that much time..."
Ella suddenly stopped and pointed at a farmer working in the farmland: "Catch him over!"
The farmer was startled, threw away the farm tools in his hand and ran away, but the Aztran warriors quickly chased him and took him to Ella.
The farmer was so scared that his face turned pale and kowtowed repeatedly on the ground: "Sir, please spare me, please spare me, I am an ordinary farmer, working in the field to support my family..."
"On average farmer? You stuff so many things into your clothes?" Ella slapped the farmer's face with her hands, "Are you blind in my eyes? Ah?"
"What's in the clothes?" Amy was a little confused. The farmer was wearing ordinary tunics, just one layer. In order to facilitate work, his sleeves and trousers were lifted up, and he didn't look like something was hidden. But on the other side, Ella was impatient to peel off the farmer's clothes, shook it, a short knife, a stone-capping rope, a rope cover, and an unknown medicine powder... fell down one after another.

Tell me quickly! Give you ten seconds! Crying? Crying is time! It has delayed my affairs. I peeled you down and lit the sky lantern, and repeatedly burned your camp!"
I don't know that momentum, but I thought Ella was the bandit.
That night, the bandits' camp was looted. Ella tilted her head and sat on the mountain king's chair and gnawed on the apples. She watched the Aztlan warrior tied the bandits with ropes and threw them to her left hand, and the gold, silver and treasures you plundered from the camp were placed on the right hand.
The bandit leader didn't know what Ella was doing. Judging from her style, he guessed that he was here to eat black. As soon as he was thrown to the ground, he kowtowed repeatedly: "Good king! Give me your life! You are all fellow fellows. I just go up the mountain and make a living. You like it. I can give you all the treasures you like. I only ask you to spare me. I have an 80-year-old mother above, and a widowed wife and weak son below..."
"Don't talk nonsense!" Ella interrupted impatiently, "Are you the king here?"
"No, no, no! You are the king here, you are..."
"Okay! You can lend me a few days to stay in this camp, and the lord's residence at the foot of the mountain will give you it. You can move in!"
"Zo...ha?"
The first half of the sentence is the bandit leader who can understand it, but the second half of the sentence is the bandit leader who can't even understand it.
