Raise your arms straight up to level with your shoulders, palms down, palms and fingers facing out, and your fingers are naturally straightened. The upper limbs must be straight, and the joints and muscles must not be stiff and tight. You must be relaxed and natural, so that the strength can be relaxed and qi penetrates the fingertips. When practicing, breathing (both in the reverse breathing) and breathe at the nose and nose. When exhaling, the qi in the dantian runs along the inner side of the arm and drains the tips of the ten fingers. When inhaling, use your mind to lead the qi from the outside of the arm to the head to return to the dantian. Practice this repeatedly, and over time, the qi can gather the upper limbs and ten fingers, and the strength will increase greatly. When you first practice, you will feel that your arms are sore and numb and swelling. You can only practice for about 5 minutes each time. Later, as your skills continue to grow, the time for each exercise can gradually increase until the time for each exercise is more than 60 minutes.

1. Support the ground parallel with your palms, touch the ground with your palms downward, the spacing between your hands is shoulder-width, stretch your arms straight, and your feet are tied together with the tip of your toes, and your waist and hips should bend backward as much as possible, your hips are raised, and your abdomen are retracted. Use the breathing method to breathe in the nose and breathe inward, and focus on the Laogong point in the palm of your hands.

2 Inhale, lift your head upwards, straighten your arms and chest, arch your waist and hips backwards, and your hips are raised, and the whole body will be frustrated. Restore the original posture, relax your anus, loosen your anus, and return to your mind to the Dantian from the outside of your arm. In this way, explore and rewind, and repeat the cycle, and end your strength. During practice, pay attention to the movements to closely cooperate with your breathing, not too slow or too fast, and the movements must be coordinated in a coherent and coordinated manner, and do not stop in the middle. When you first practice this posture for more than ten times, you will feel exhausted and rushing, and your head and waist will be sore. However, after you have been practicing for a long time, the number of times can increase day by day. After you have practiced more than a hundred times each time and you have not felt your strength is exhausted, then use your ten fingers to support your body with six-finger pillars (that is, use only thumbs, food, and middle three fingers per palm) and follow the above method. After more than a hundred times, you will gradually raise your feet. Then turn your palms into an eagle claw shape and support your body with the tips of three fingers. After more than a hundred times, place the stones on your back to tie them tightly. If you use your skills as soon as the stones increase to 50 kg, you can still do more than a hundred times before you can stop.

Bend down all over the body, tiptoe on the ground, with the tip of the feet on the ground, support the body with the tip of the five fingers of the right (or left) hand, press the palm against the dantian in the abdomen with one hand, straighten the body, and face facing the ground. Use cis breathing, exhale the nose and breathe. When inhaling, turn the upper body to the left 90 degrees, so that the right side of the body is facing the ground. The five fingers of the right hand use dark force to support the ground, and at the same time use the nasal cavity to squirt the anus and **, and use the intention to guide the internal qi of the dantian to the Danzhong point, then pass through the right armpit, pour down along the inner side of the arm to the Laogong point in the palm, and

Run and snore out to the tips of the five fingers. When inhaling, you will return to your original posture, relax your anus, and relax your **. Practice this repeatedly until your fingers are sore and numb. Every day, two hours of Yin. After two months, you will be prone to four fingers and three fingers in two months. Finally, you will be prone to feeding. Practice the middle and two fingers. When you can practice the two fingers more than fifty times without feeling the strength and energy flowing, you will practice with a wooden bench under your feet. After a long time, you will wrap a long iron sand bag on your waist and back, and gradually increase from 5 kg to 15 kg.

Vajra falls down

The body is upside down, with your feet on the wall or tree stump, with one palm and five fingers supporting the ground, the palm of your hand should not be touched, the head faces down, and slightly upward. Breathe in the reverse way, exhale the nose and nose, and use your mind to guide the qi of the Dantian to the Danzhong point. When exhale, the qi pours down from the armpit along the inner side of the arm supporting the body to reach the palm of the palm, and then runs straight to the tip of the ten fingers. Practice this way, after you can continue to stand upside down for 5 minutes, practice the five fingers and four fingers, and finally it is easy to eat, and support the middle and two fingers, each time for 10 minutes.

Point finger skills

1 Insert mung beans: fill the barrel with mung beans, stand in front of the barrel with horse stance, use the breathing method to transport the qi from the dantian to the two fingers and have a slight electric shock feeling, suck the qi with the nose. Insert the fingertips of the two fingers and forcefully towards the mung beans in the barrel, and at the same time, spray air with the nose to lift the anus and the slightest, and lead the internal energy from the dantian to the Danzhong point and divide it to the armpits, and run straight to the tips of the two fingers. Then inhale with the nose, pull the palm back, and use the intention to lead the qi from the outside of the arm to rise from the outside of the arm to return to the dantian, loosen the abdomen, loosen the anus and the slightest. In this way, absorb and insert the breath, countless times, and feel numb and painful. When inserting the finger, you must practice according to the principle of light first, then heavy first, slow first and then fast, and persevere, so that you do not stop working.

2. Insert millet: After a hundred days of inserting mung beans, the skin on the fingertips of the two fingers will change from redness, swelling, spicy, and painful to thickening, and the fingers are stronger than before. At this time, practice insert millet. The practice method is the same as inserting mung beans.

3. Insert sand: After the millet is full for a hundred days, the fingertips of the two fingers will become thicker. At the same time, most of the millet will be inserted and unshelled, and then it is easy to insert the fingers with the middle sand. A small amount of pepper should be added to the sand. The practice method should be used to insert mung beans.

4 Insert iron sand: When practicing iron sand, the choice of iron sand should be smooth, avoid sharp corners and sharpness. The iron sand should be mixed with appropriate amounts of pepper and angelica. The practice method should be inserted with mung beans. If fingers break and bleeding during practice, disinfect them in time and apply medicine to stop bleeding and generate muscles. Apply external wound wet plasters and you can still continue practicing. Do not give up halfway. In addition, no matter what you practice, after each practice, you should stand on horseback, lift your hands straight forward and up to the same height as your breasts, then exhale, use the mind to guide the qi from the Dantian to the Danzhong point, then divide it to both armpits, and return to the Dantian along the inner side of the arm. In this way, after practicing with mind, wash your hands with practice potions for 10 minutes, so that you can ensure that your two fingers are safe and your fingers are profound. However, if there is a wound on your hands, do not wash your hands with external washing potions.
