Introduction

Toad Qigong Toad Qigong is the main focus of practicing the resistance of the chest and ribs. After success, the chest and ribs can resist punching and kicking, brick and sticking, and the ribs can also bend iron rulers, which has a fixed effect in practical combat with casual hands.

(3) Clam mold armor: The stand-up style is the same as above, hold a mung bean bag in the right hand (about 2 kilograms), hold the top of the head with your left hand high. Inhale, and fill the left rib with your mind. Spray, slap the right rib, and hit the right rib from the left armpit down to the soft rib, for a total of nine times. Change the right rib, the same as the left style, but the left side is the opposite. Change the right sandbag from the left chest to the lower left, and then change the right hand to hold the sandbag from the left chest to the lower left, and then the breathing combination is nine times. Hold the left hand to hit the right chest and abdomen nine times. Hold the right hand to hit the right chest and abdomen from the lower part of the Tiantu down to the Dantian, nine times, change the left hand to hit the left nine times, and wait for a certain period of time, use kiln bricks to hit it.

(4) Toad iron practice: stand on horse stance, raise your hands flat on your chest with shoulders and shoulder width and height. Ask someone to use a wooden board to pat your left ribs with a force, inhale first, but the wooden board will spray when it hits, pay attention, and the muscles will be tense, and burst out with force. The comfort of the slap is not limited. Turn left to the left lunge, hold your hands on your waist to expose your chest, and ask someone to pat your chest with a wooden board. The left and right are the same.

(5) End of exercise: Massage the chest and ribs, take nine deep breaths, and spread your mind and energy throughout your body, and your body is like a bucket.
