Chapter 683 Buddha
When Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva practices the deep Prajna Paramita, he sees that the five aggregates are empty and overcome all sufferings. Shariputra, form is not different from emptiness, emptiness is not different from color, form is emptiness, emptiness is form, feeling, thinking, action and consciousness are the same. Shariputra is the empty appearance of all dharmas, neither born nor destroyed, neither dirty nor clean, neither increasing nor decreasing. Therefore, there is no color in the air, no feeling, thinking, action, no eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, mind, no color, sound, smell, taste, touch, law, no eye, and even the unconscious realm, no ignorance, no ignorance, no ignorance, no old age and death, no old age and death, no suffering, no path of extinction, no suffering, no accumulation, no path of extinction,
There is no wisdom and no gain. Because there is nothing to gain, Bodhisattvas have no worries in their minds. Therefore, they know that Prajna Paramita is a great mantra, a great bright mantra, a supreme mantra, and a mantra without equality, which can eliminate all sufferings and is true and not false. Therefore, they say the Prajna Paramita mantra, which is said: Jie Di Jie Di, Jie Di, Pirajna, Jie Di, and Bodhi Savah.

1. When Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva practices the deep Prajna Paramita, he sees that the five aggregates are empty and overcomes all sufferings.
[Translation] The enlightened person who can freely observe the mystery of his own Buddha nature, when using great wisdom to deeply study the process of how life reaches the glorious other shore, truly sees that the five factors that constitute everything in the universe (form, feeling, thinking, action, and consciousness) that originally have a variable emptiness, without an immutable entity, and all pains and disasters can be eliminated by this empty attitude.
2. Shariputra, form is not different from emptiness, emptiness is not different from form, form is emptiness, emptiness is form, and feeling, thinking, action and consciousness are the same.
[Translation] Disciples, from a macro perspective, there is no difference between form and emptiness; from a micro perspective, emptiness and form are the same. Emptiness is the decomposition of form, and form is the combination of emptiness. Although you repeatedly and thoroughly receive, think deeply, recognize and recognize, your conclusion remains unchanged.

[Translation] Disciples, all things with images and without concrete images have the characteristics of emptiness and change. They do not participate in growth and destruction, dirty and clean, and increase or decrease.
4. Therefore, there is no color in the air, no feeling, thinking, action, consciousness, no eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, mind, no body, smell, taste, touch, law, no eye, and even no consciousness. There is no ignorance, no ignorance, no ignorance, no old age and death, no old age and death. There is no suffering, no accumulation, no cessation, no wisdom, no gain, because there is nothing to gain.
[Translation] Therefore, there is no entity of color in the air, and there is no meaning of thinking about color. The six senses of eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind must return to emptiness; the six dusts of color, sound, fragrance, taste, touch, and Dharma must also return to emptiness. There is no boundary between the six senses and six dusts and their boundary to be recognized, there is no shadow in the heart who is unaware, unconsciously and troubled by not understanding, knowing that until there is no shadow of old age and death, no accumulation of bitter fruits caused by evil causes, and no taste achieved through practicing Taoism. Do not use wisdom to obtain anything because there is nothing to obtain.
5. Bodhisattva, based on Prajna Paramita, has no worries in mind, no worries in mind, no fear, is far away from delusions and dreams, and ultimately Nirvana.
[Translation] Because the Bodhisattva uses the great wisdom to reach the other shore, his pure heart has no thoughts, no worries or obstacles, and he will be free from fear and fear. He will be free from whimsical dreams and distracting thoughts, and finally realize the enlightenment and achieve the right result.
6. All Buddhas of the three ages have attained Aphrata Samyaksambodhi by relying on the Prajna Paramita.
[Translation] Those past, present, and future Buddhas have won the supreme and right enlightenment by relying on the great wisdom of reaching the other shore.
7. Therefore, we know that Prajna Paramita is a great mantra, a great bright mantra, a supreme mantra, and a mantra without equality. It can eliminate all suffering and is true and not false. Therefore, we say Prajna Paramita mantra.
[Translation] Therefore, confirm that the great wisdom of reaching the other shore is the most sacred principle in practice, the brightest magic weapon, the supreme truth, and the unparalleled norm. It can truly and without falsehood to resolve all sufferings, so remember the mantra of "Prajna Paramita".
8. He said the mantra: "Expose it, expose it! Polo reveals it, Polo monk reveals it, Bodhi Sapova.
[Translation] Since this is the case, I call on sentient beings: Go, go! The other side is the destination. In order to cultivate my Buddha, hurry up and use your actions to achieve supreme enlightenment.
1. If you do not seek much understanding, beginners should recite the Heart Sutra. First of all, do not understand it. The Heart Sutra almost covers the most important basic concepts of Buddhist scriptures, such as the five aggregates, form and emptiness, suffering, accumulation, extinction, etc., which cannot be understood in one day, one month or years. The most important thing is to obtain Buddhist wisdom, and not implant the meaning of the understanding into the mind, and generate prejudice and attachment in advance; instead, you should integrate the scriptures into your heart intact, so that your natural nature can slowly understand its meaning. After suddenly enlightenment or gradually understanding the profound meaning of the Heart Sutra, you can refer to the explanation of the great monks and masters to further help change your body and mind health.
2. When abandoning words, that is, when reciting the Heart Sutra, do not have any text images in your mind. Words will have different externalities, develop attachments, hinder the natural mind's understanding of the truth of the Heart Sutra, and reduce the benign transformation of life by the Buddha's power in the Heart Sutra. Beginners generally use words to facilitate their convenience, but after being able to recite, they should slowly throw away words, and it is best not to dictate or dictate the scriptures. If conditions permit, listen to the scriptures through recording or CD at the beginning, throw away the text crutches from the beginning, and remove words with convenience, and the effect is better.
3. Put your hands together and recite silently, chant, chant or listen to the Heart Sutra. You can sit upright and lie flat, but you must put your hands together and face the upper and lower sides directly opposite the heart and mouth.
4. When you recite the mantra first, it is best to recite the mantra first: "Jie Di! Jie Di! Pola Jie Di! Pola Jie Di! Pola Monk Jie Di! Bodhi Sabaha!" After reciting the mantra, then recite the main text from the beginning. The mantra is transliterated by Sanskrit. Reciting mantras is equivalent to reciting Sanskrit. Therefore, the effect of Buddha's power infiltrates the heart is the best.
5. When reciting the Heart Sutra by yourself, you can recite it for yourself or for others. For example, if a relative or friend is seriously ill or terminally ill, you can recite the Heart Sutra for him. When reciting, you should be sincere, call the other person's name lightly or appear in your mind. If you recite it for yourself, it is best to think about tomorrow and the bright future (not to imagine a man's *** thing).
6. The more times you recite the Heart Sutra, the better, the more you recite it, it is best. It is better to recite it every day, and the time you can be before going to bed at night. The best combination of personal morning and evening activities is: exercise in the early morning and recite the Heart Sutra in the evening. If you recite it ten times a day, you can recite it ten thousand times for three consecutive years.
