Now there are serious differences in opinions within China. Some people believe that after Runbainian fell, they took the opportunity to seize market share. The market of repeater has not shrunk, but the market size has increased year by year. In the previous Warring States period, it was normal. Now several batches of Dalang Taosha have died, and the market share is becoming increasingly concentrated in big brands. The Chinese repeater can become an oligarch in the industry. Bubugao also thinks that this is the case, and is thinking about launching ultra-thin repeater.

Another school believes that electronic products are updated too quickly and tape repeaters will be eliminated. You can continue to sell repeaters now, but there is no need to invest a lot of R&D funds, and don’t spend money crazy to steal the market. These funds are likely to be wasted.

Both sides have different opinions and make sense.

In the past ten years, there were two major markets in China's computers, namely the enterprise market (including government agencies) and the civil market. The civil market was basically equal to the urban market, and consumers were mainly concentrated in cities at all levels (including county towns), and the township civil market was almost non-existent.

But just this year, sales of low-end phones in small counties and small cities suddenly surged. After investigation by various brand manufacturers, they found that many of these sudden sales came from township consumers. They didn’t know how to assemble them themselves, and basically went to local counties and cities to buy cheaper low-end brand machines.

Think about how many township residents in China are? If they extend to rural areas, what size is the potential market?

Foreign brands such as Dell and HP have not yet reacted, but local brands such as China, Lenovo, and TCL have quickly made adjustments and intend to fight around emerging markets in townships. The main battlefields are concentrated in small cities at all levels (the competition in counties is the most intense).

By the way, there are already authoritative institutions that conducted a survey on computer brand attention in the first half of this year.

It has nothing to do with sales and market share, it is just the level of consumer attention to computer brands.

Since Lenovo acquired ibm's PC business last year, its brand attention has been high. More than 25% of consumers who received the questionnaire regard Lenovo as their preferred brand, and Shenzhou Computer ranked second with 18%. The subsequent brands are: Tsinghua Tongfang, HP, Dell, Founder...

It may be affected by the "email gate" or the direct sales strategy is not adaptable to the local conditions. Although Dell has made a huge contribution in the past two years, its attention and sales have been inexplicably overtaken by HP.

This surprised both China and Lenovo. The two companies have always regarded Dell as their biggest enemy, but they did not expect HP to develop in secret!

HP is learning from Zhu Yuanzhang. You will fight to death. I will hide behind and build high walls and become kings.

In addition, there is another feature of the PC market this year, that is, the display is LCD and large-screen. The previous large-headed displays are increasingly being eliminated, and major brands have launched LCD screens of more than 19 inches.

Unfortunately, the core configuration has not changed much. Computers with 256 memory are still mainstream, accounting for more than 50% of the existing computers.

The number of computer users with 512 memory is increasing rapidly. Although it is difficult to play "Shan Hai Jing" and "World of Warcraft" with these machines, they can barely operate with the lowest special effects. As for those with poor graphics cards, they have to go cool down.

So whether it is "Shan Hai Jing" or "World of Warcraft", the number of players is growing slowly now, which is almost equivalent to falling into a bottleneck state. It is estimated that it will not explode until next year. By that time, the number of computers with 512 memory will soar, and more and more computers with 1g memory will be added.

This is cheap "Legend". You are not picky in terms of configuration and can play any bad machine at will, so "Legend" still occupies a dominant position in the Chinese online game market. What is "Shan Hai Jing" and "World of Warcraft", you have to stand aside when facing "Legend"!
