33. Christmas

After McGonagall returned from Dumbledore's office, he just warned all students that if he met a stranger in the carriage, he would first make sure that his life was safe, and then he would find a way to notify the professor, and finally evacuate the students gathered in the restaurant.

Not only the senior wizards, but also the freshmen are a little confused about such a way of dealing with such a slash.

"I thought the professor would conduct a big search of the entire carriage," Neville said with a frown. "Wouldn't it be a bit too relaxed to do this?"

When Jon first came to the restaurant and learned that someone had opened a room that shouldn't have been opened privately, he was in a while of thinking. He comforted when he heard Neville's words.

"Don't worry, Professor McGonagall and the others will definitely not joke about our safety. Maybe there is something we don't know about."

Ron and the other three were not so worried about this. They had absolute trust in each professor and had no objection to Professor McGonagall's decision in private.

Two more days passed, and the carriage was always calm and nothing unexpected happened.

It was at this time that Christmas came.

Normally, Christmas in British schools is a watershed between the first and second semesters. After the Christmas holiday ends, the second half of the school year will officially begin.

But for Hogwarts, who is in exile, even if there is no holiday during the summer vacation, students will naturally not let them go home on Christmas.

Even those pure-blooded students who still have families, such as Ron and Neville, must celebrate Christmas at school, but after Christmas, the school will not attend classes for two weeks, and they can go home and reunite with their loved ones for a few days at this time.

Early in the morning of Christmas, when Jon woke up, he saw a gift box as big as half his size in front of his bed.

He looked at Neville's bed with some confusion and there was also such a gift box next to him, and there were a few more small boxes next to the gift box than him.

"Who gave this gift?"

Jon grabbed the colorful ribbons on the gift box while asking questions, and then saw a line of beautiful English characters on it.

[Wish Jon Green a Merry Christmas and a Happy Every Day]

The signature below the blessing is not the name of the person, but only one "Hogwarts".

"I heard that every Christmas school prepares a gift for every little wizard in the carriage, and it's true!"

When Neville returned to Jon, he was already excited to open the big gift box.

There was a dark blue robe, large bags of magic candies and fruity soda that they had seen and had never seen before, as well as parchment paper, ink and seventeen or eighteen quills that they had used in the next two or three years.

There was a small gift box inside this big gift box. Neville took apart the small box and suddenly exclaimed in his mouth.

"It's hellebore!"

He looked at a flower planted in the flower pot in the gift box and showed an infatuated look.

Of course, Jon also knew that plant. The magic world is called hellebore, which is one of the ingredients for the ingredient. The scientific name among muggles is Christmas rose, which is an ornamental plant for Christmas.

Neville had always loved the herbs class very much, and he was obsessed with some magical plants. Since he saw this pot of hellebore in McGon's office, he had been talking to Jon privately for a long time.

Now he finally got the pot of flowers as he wished.

Jon also opened his gift box. In addition to the same candy and snack learning utensils as Neville's, he also received a dark green gift robe.

The body size should have been measured by Professor McGonagall in a transformation class a week ago. At that time, he was still curious about why he needed to measure this when he learned deformation.

A small gift box was also added to the top of these things. After Jon opened the gift box, he took out three thick books from it.

They are "Medium and Low-Level Spell Encyclopedia", "Transformation and Transformationist", and "Hogwarts: A School History".

The three books belong to the spell, the transformation and the history of magic. These three categories are the books that Jon borrowed the most from the library since the beginning of school.

The professors who prepare Christmas gifts for the students really spend a lot of time on this.

Looking at the things in his hands, Jon unconsciously smiled.

Just as they were removing the gifts, the carriage that had been driving suddenly vibrated and then stopped.

The thick voice of Hagrid sounded on the carriage.

"Children, you can get off the car and prepare for today's festival!"

Jon and Neville packed the gifts together and walked out of the dormitory together.

The other students had already cheered and ran towards the hall along the corridor. From the start of school to the present, they had been in the carriage almost every day, and had been suffocated. Today is undoubtedly a day for them to relax.

"Hurry up! You guys are too slow!" Ron and Justin did not get off the carriage first, but were waiting for them to come out in front of Jon's dormitory door.

The four of them joined forces and met with Lavender, who was right here next to the foyer, and the five of them walked out of the carriage together.

Outside was a forest completely covered with snow, surrounded by spruce trees, dozens of meters tall, and only one adult was as tall as that.

The venue Hagrid chose was very clever, and the carriage was parked on a clearing in the woods, with snow covered in the ground. When the student got off the car, he and Flewy were waving their wands to clean up the snow in the clearing.

The first one to rush out were the twins from Weslai's house. They leaped down from the carriage with cheers, half of their calf buried in the snow.

Then they squeezed their eyes and waved their wands gently at the snow on the ground with their wands. Two snowballs gathered at the tip of their wands. They pulled the snowballs and waved their wands in a sympathetic way towards the boy who had just walked off the carriage, also with red hair and glasses on his face, slammed it suddenly!

"Peng!"

Snowball burst into tears on Percy's face one after another.

The little wizards beside Percy burst into laughter, and Percy blushed and roared at the names of the twins.

"George! Fred! I'm going to write to my mom!"

"When can you change your line?" Fred grimaced at him disdainfully, and then ran away in the woods with George.

Flevy shouted toward the backs of the two.

"Remember! Don't make the range I've drawn for you!"

"Of course we are the most obedient, professor!" the two of them responded in harmony without even their heads.
